She offered to replace only 3 of the 8 dishes we had ordered, without considering whether any glass fragments might have landed on the others. Furthermore, she told us that one of the two managers would come over to our table, but no one ever approached us. Her excuse was that they were busy, yet there were only three other occupied tables in the entire restaurant. We waited for over half an hour for someone to come by, but in the end, only the waitress returned--this time to tell us that they would give us a "discount" for what had happened, even though, honestly, I don't think we should have had to pay anything at all. My family felt that we were being discriminated against from the moment we arrived; for instance, they seated us at a small table despite there being 8 of us (and larger, unoccupied tables available), and because we were speaking Spanish, they did not treat the incident with the seriousness it deserved. We will never return, and I hope no other family ever receives the kind of treatment we did.

As I came back to the hotel I realized how much food they gave me for less than $20. My order could easily feed a family of 3 just with the chicken.
