He reviewed my situation he said it's beyond repair he then took my money without providing a receipt and without his conclusion in writing. He never bothered to complete the job by sending a resolution to the Insurance Company. I do not recommend this man since he does not stay on top of his jobs. I'm really sorry and wish I had something more positive to say about this man but, I'm not one to praise someone who doesn't care about his customers or even care enough to help resolve the issue. I 76 years on a fixed income and I am now without a washer and cannot get reimbursed from the insurance company because he has not submitted an invoice of completion with diagnostic concerning the issue. That's what we pay for insurance for and he doesn't appear to care about my needs as a Professional.
