Upon Recommendation from our plumber (who didn't work out, but that's another story) we ordered our…read moreentire bathroom from here. Heather helped us throughout the entire process, from browsing their showroom and choosing fixtures, to placing and editing our orders. She was quick to reply and very friendly whether on email or the phone, and despite some mistakes with file attachments, was wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful with all of the products and manufacturers involved. Basically, the service was excellent, better than any other aspect of the remodeling, and we were also able to secure a discount through our contractor. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars, is that everything was a little pricey. But then again, bathrooms are expensive, and showrooms trend towards the better quality products. Most importantly, they are also a plumbing supplier, with several locations, and not just a middle-man showroom. So they carry tons of plumbing and fixtures, and can get you almost anything you need. I recommend you visit Torrington Supply for any kitchen or bathroom renovation.

We just bought a new home and are about to renovate seven bathrooms and a large kitchen. Torrco is…read morethe ONLY company from which I would never consider purchasing plumbing fittings; here's why: In our last home, we had to gut renovate three bathrooms and almost everything we needed came from Torrco. Unfortunately, they promote a partnership with the high-end American Standard brand, DVX. People, this stuff is absolute garbage. One example: a shower valve and fitting was replaced THREE TIMES by Torrco/DVX and never functioned properly. They finally offered us a full refund. But they wouldn't actually mail the refund check. I was forced to follow up time and again, asking where things stood, either being told it would be resolved "tomorrow" or some other delay tactic. At last, I wrote to the owner/CEO of Torrco (he works out of this location in Waterbury) and explained the whole thing to him. Guess what? No response. So now I understand that everyone who works there is simply following his example: provide a terrible product and then duck responsibility, hoping the customer will grow tired of the runaround. Good CEOs are concerned when a customer is unhappy. Bad CEOs hear a complaint and decide to go golfing. There are so many competing options that you can hardly go wrong by choosing any other supplier than Torrco. Unless, of course, you enjoy being sold crap products that are then followed up with a total lack of customer service. If that's what you like, by all means, call Torrco.

They took my suggestions and turned it into nothing short of a work of art. I had my downstairs utility bathroom redone. It is a very small room. They were able to transform it from a dark and dingy room into a beautiful and bright Bathroom. Since it is just a utility bathroom, I needed things that would fit the small space but look nice. They did an amazing job finding just the right pieces to go in the room. It is absolutely stunning and it only took them one day to do the entire job. When they left, the place was spotless and all I had to do is stand back with a smile and look at my new bathroom. I was so impressed that I have hired him to do my kitchen remodel next. We are gutting the kitchen and will put in an entire new redesign and layout. I'm so excited.

If they by any chance the same ones in stock or on how we could order them! She made us feel SO STUPID as like "WELL THEY ARE SOLD" so I came in and explained what my husband meant was to see if we would have to purchase it or put in n order or maybe in a different color because WE HAVE BEEN TO A FEW STORES BUYING THINGS FOR THE HOME and some things even IF ITS SOLD YOU CAN STILL PURCHASE IT AND IT WILL HE DELIVERED TO THE STORE!!! BUT we know that it was sold but instead she decided to be smart WHEN SHE COULD HAVE SAID "NO SORRY THIS IS ALL WE HAVE" or hey "YEAH WE DON'T DO THAT HERE" but it's okay DEFF NOT A PLACE FOR PEOPLE LIKE US!!! We shall find something better else where ‍

Early February 2026 visited Frank Wenbb Home for a new bathtub and controls. The woman who "helped"…read moreus was rather disinterested. She asked no questions to ascertain what we were looking for. Told her we wanted a shelf on top. She told us our one choice. We relied on her as an expert to satisfy our needs. We paid a deposit. They called to say the items were in on April 7th. Two months to get the items. They advised full payment was due before delivery. I advised I would like to inspect the items first. Nope. They're policy is payment up front. A tub was delivered smaller than the one we had. I had no idea tubs come in different widths. The "expert" salesperson did not tell us. The mixing valve was less than quality and the flow of the water had no control. It will cost about $7,000 to redo everything. Two letters to Jess Pope, President of F.W. Webb produced a call from a local representative. We have been stalled from April to the end of July with excuses. We will now file a formal complaint with the state and move forward with litigation.
