I always received an email to schedule, but I didn't always notice that it was from them because there was no business name displayed. After some time, I called to get the service scheduled again. I took the day off work so I could be here on the scheduled day, and they showed up in the window that was promised. Their service vehicle was a mess on the outside, with paint peeling all over the front etc. It's just something worth mentioning because it makes them look a little less professional. I went over the grounds to describe the issues that I am having. I really needed to get things taken care of and was happy that they were here to perform the spraying. They were here for about 30 min. or less before I was told that they would have to come back some other time since their sprayer was not working. That was disappointing since I needed service sooner rather than later. Great, now I have to get back on a schedule and back in line and wait. I have no idea what was treated before the sprayer broke, or if anything was treated at all. This kind of information would have been nice. I received a VM from the office to reschedule - No apologies for the inconvenience of my taking off work for this appointment or anything. Just a "call us back to reschedule" type of thing. The last thing I need is to take off work again with the potential of the job not being able to be completed. I am going to go with another local provider and hope for the best.

The trap was wedge next to a bush so even if a skunk would think it was a good idea to go into a cardboard box I don't think it would have shut with the bush there. Last week the window I got was betw 8a and 2p - the guy never showed. By 3:30 I called and they gave me shorter windows for the following week. I asked for a different guy but was told he was the lead tech and because he did the initial spray it had to be him again. Today my window was 8a-11a. Guess what happened? He didn't show within that window either. After 11a I told him not to come. Sitting around waiting for a guy that isn't coming when there are PLENTY of other things to do is frustrating. It's also beyond unprofessional. Did I mention I still see spiders from the initial spray? Good luck if you choose them - maybe they'll come, maybe the won't, maybe the spray will be adequate.
