It was fluffy and seasoned perfectly. Refried beans were very thin not the heavy kind with a white cheese melted over them. This plate was exceptional and I would definitely order again. After briefly chatting again with the owner I let him know that I we were regulars at the Wichita Falls location near shepherds Air Force Base, which happened to be where his brother was working.
