I would rate this place SOLID. Excellent value for price and my the lines at times, albeit broke canadagoose wearing students, shows it is proper. The size either small or large is sufficient. Meat or sweet potato has flavor, is grilled well and ready in a few minutes. I love this place. Quick, "healthy", filling and affordable! I always get the mix chicken and steak and it's the best! Pretty good, but not amazing. Tried the haddock burrito and it didn't have nearly enough sauce on it, and the "hot" sauce was not spicy at all (or there just wasn't enough to taste it). Ingredients seemed fresh though, and even the small burrito was huge--although it's still twice the price you'd pay for a similar burrito at a taco truck in California. Honestly they took my burrito virginity and I've tried chipotle in the states and I'm kinda like burrito boyz is better and its kinda cheaper since the american dollar is higher. Tried every burrito here and combination. Compared to all the ones i have tried, it seems there wrap here is cheaper. Other then that they know how to make good burritos and are consistent. Overall, very good. Lost a star due a "modest" price increase in early April. The increase for my usual burrito is about 14%. If someone told burrito boys that they'd lose 14% profit, would that still be considered "modest"? Meh. Anyway, I still consider it decent value, and it's always tasty, although the hot sauce had gotten milder. What used to be good at 2 drops is now good at 5. Ymmv. I'm young... But the music is always too loud. Every time we go in the music is blaring - and the servers are unable to hear. We have tried to call in our orders to avoid line up and have been hung up on twice. The food is great. But turn down the tunes to provide better service. read more

Delicious food, good prices. Open very late on weekends. Decided to try this place recently. I initially questioned the prices as they seem steep for a single burrito. After seeing the wrap and portion sizes, I can understand why. I ordered a large steak and was very satisfied. They're enormous and are just packed with meat and toppings. Can get extra cheese at no cost if you don't plan on getting guac. Great quality and great taste. So as for cost versus portion size, 5/5. I was not satisfied with half of the employees however. We walked in for our first time, it was empty. Some of the employees were cleaning. We decided what we wanted, and waited for about 4 minutes before anyone said a word to us. When I finally initiated, an employee said "he'll take your order over there." I look to the fellow and he says just one second (while he continues cleaning--which he certainly could have done after taking our order). I believe cleaning to be a secondary duty, whereas customers are addressed promptly. $20 for two burritos, you'd expect to feel welcome and acknowledged. I watched one employee carelessly spray cleaner on the counter, which ended up misting on several of the toppings. I was hopeful it was vinegar but it certainly looked sudsy and smelled like cleaner. A female employee witnessed it and her face read disgust, but she didn't say or do anything. She acknowledged we saw, and again, did nothing. Luckily, she served us from the other side which wasn't contaminated, but because it was late I felt like had I complained, it would have been met with attitude or dismissal. One other issue I had is the burritos weren't heated thoroughly enough. I'd imagine they should be heated until the cheese has melted. We waited 10-15 minutes while they were prepped and grilled, but it clearly wasn't enough. Regarding cleanliness, service, attention to detail and attitude, 3/5. Obviously you can't hold every employee accountable, I'm sure at least 2 of the 4 employees take their job seriously and understand food safety. Unfortunately, food safety/contamination only requires one bad link in the chain to result in customer illness or simply disgust. All in all, I think I will return. I think I'd rather try a different location, though..or perhaps visit during the day. I did enjoy the food but am hopeful for some more caring and less reckless employees. I'm looking forward to trying their other burritos, and am hoping for consistency among portions. I'd recommend the chain, but not the location (at least during the evening/night). read more

I ordered a regular and large chicken burrito. Could not finish the burrito. The chicken was chalky, maybe been cooking too long. There was minimal difference in size. Finally customer service was poor. I could hardly hear the order taker. Won't be going back. read more
