A nice lady Jaime connected me to the service Manager Myron. From the start, he was very helpful and quoted me a reasonable price. After my boat was taken to the Fort Myers Marine, within a few hours, I received a call from Manager Myron, informing me that my boat did not require a major repair service, which I thought I needed. I was impressed with his honesty. He recommended other minor repairs for the boat. He gave me the best price possible for various repairs and services. My boat was quickly fixed and within a day, I was back on the water. While I was testing my new Jack Plate, I was having some electrical issues. Whenever I called him, which was several times, he was always kind, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. With his proper guidance, I was able to fix all the minor issues. He was so helpful. Captain Ashley took us out on a day with wind and chop. We were impressed with both the handling and performance of the Avalon triton. She was very knowledgeable about the features on the boat and encouraged us to take the helm. This demo greatly influenced our decision to purchase the Avalon triton.

This is usually my first choice for boat parts and supplies. The prices are as good as on line. The store is fairly clean and organized. During the past 7 years they had most every thing I requested I did have to go to West Marine for a few things that they didn't carry. In general they have a good supply but the main store in N Ft. Myers has more product and they could have it transferred next day. They have, manuals, radios, bilge pumps, rigging parts, cleaning supplies, anchors, lights, switches, gauges, fuel filters, gas tanks, engine and Trailer parts. Customer service and parking in the lot is usually very good.

Company No 1 did not respond for a week; Co No 2 set an appointment for the following week with a $150 visit charge to be applied to the repairs. I received a same-day response from Elevation Boat Lift Services LLC, and Scott set an appointment for Friday that very week. The following day, I sent a photo of the two motors, and Elevation sent me an estimate. Scott came on Friday at the appointed time. He checked the cables, pulls, motors, gem box, etc. Scott was knowledgeable, personal and friendly. The following Monday Scott installed the motors and gem box. The bill was very reasonable, about $200 better than the other two other estimates. I highly recommend Elevation Boat Lift Service and would use them again. Gary
