I get back there and an older dude with blonde hair/ponytail is talking to 2 male customers. I stand there for a while while he is yammering, hoping he will get the MESSAGE that another customer needs help. He doesn't get it. So I go look at something else, come back, stand there close to where he is yammering and wait awhile AGAIN, still this guy is clueless. I go back up to the same Cashier I started with and wait 3 people deep to ask "Hey, is there another employee you could send back to Electronics to help me out?" And another Cashier (male with dark hair) jumps on the second register and I tell him the entire story and I ask if he can send someone Else to Electronics to help a sister out? He proceeds to ask me "Can I take the two people behind you?" I said, FORGET IT, IT SHOULDN'T BE THIS HARD TO GET HELP HERE. I walked out disgusted at the employees in this store. The first female cashier was great, she did her job, the man with the ponytail should be flipping FIRED for blowing off a customer that came back twice to get help while he was just shooting the shit with these 2 customers, they weren't even talking products. The second male cashier needs to learn DeEscalation strategies and you don't tell someone that has gone through what I did "Can I take the two people behind you?" NO, YOU HELP ME DUMBASS. This store sucks.

One of the pilings supporting our boat lift and canopy broke in half during the storm. Less than 12 hours after speaking to Keegan at Coastline he had a crew out there to remove the framework and get it off of my boat. They took it away for repair all before 9:00 AM. With all that's going on. These men and their co-workers left their own families came out and assisted me in freeing up my boat and took away my canopy for repair. I expected and was content that this may take months. I think it was a total of a 10 hour wait. That's insanely efficient. Thanks to Keegan and Brian for the excellent service. I highly recommend this company. They are courteous, professional and efficient! Sincerely, Buddy B. Cape Coral Florida

Can't blame them for what you didn't do. Any time I make a purchase for that amount of money I usually spend time on forums seeing what other people have done. It's best to learn from their mistakes instead of making your own. No type of dealership is perfect whether it's cars, boats or motorcycles and Boater's Landing is no different. You should always do your research and be on your guard when you deal with salesmen that work on commission... Here is a photo of my boat that I purchased from them. It is also a Key West 239FS but it has a 300hp on it. It will do between 50-55 mph depending on water conditions and load.

When I brought this to Billys attention, he told me "tuff shit I already purchased it" after that he asked me if I wanted to trade my boat back in so he can collect another percentage of commission. I could not believe this actually came out of a business owners mouth. After calling calling around to other key west dealers, I have found many others are treated the same. While the thrift shop I found was filled with treasures, when I got in my car to head home, happy with my purchases, I found that my car wouldn't start, and I saw the battery light come on. Well crap, what do I do now? I asked around inside the shop to see if anyone had jumper cables and could help jump my car so I could head to the nearest Hyundai dealer, which was, luckily enough, eight minutes from where I was located. I'm not sure why I hadn't equipped my car with jumper cables, but alas, these are always the moments you realize these things. When you're alone and in an unfamiliar place. Surprisingly, nobody in the shop was able to jump my car, as everyone was in rental cars! What an odd predicament I had found myself in. Before considering a tow, I tried a last ditch effort to call my family who I hoped maybe hadn't left the area to head home just yet. And as luck would have it, they were in Fort Myers grabbing lunch! They also didn't have jumper cables, as they were in a new car, but they picked me up so we could go purchase a battery from the dealer. Just a block into our journey, we spotted Advance Auto Parts (why this hadn't come up in my online search of the area, I'm not sure), and I popped inside and was able to pick up some jumper cables and a battery for my car! They even had several options for the battery, and I opted for one with a four-year warranty. The shop was tidy and easy to navigate, and the service was helpful and efficient. My family and I decided to go jump my car and come back to Advance Auto Parts, as the kind associate said he could help replace the battery for me. Given that it was midday and nearly 100 degrees outside when he changed my battery, I can't express my gratitude enough for this wonderful man's help. He really saved the day and I appreciate that there are still businesses like this out there where people will help when they can. Thank you for being there!

They said oh my goodness don't worry about it will get it recleaned. they did that thank God. 3 weeks later I take my boat out on Sunday return to the marina and che back in to have it cleaned up and put back on the storage rack, I get a call on Friday from the dock master (Che) asking me "what I was going to do with my boat? I said what do you mean, he said "it's been sitting in the water since Sunday" they had neglected to take it out of the water! they said "oh our mistake, we'll get the bottom cleaned up from it sitting in the water". I came back to the Marina to see if they had actually done this and guess what, another terrible job! they said oh sorry we're going to get it cleaned again! which they did luckily. last straw was a week later I came on Sunday to take it out, and theres dirty boot prints from the strain to the bow!
