A nice lady Jaime connected me to the service Manager Myron. From the start, he was very helpful and quoted me a reasonable price. After my boat was taken to the Fort Myers Marine, within a few hours, I received a call from Manager Myron, informing me that my boat did not require a major repair service, which I thought I needed. I was impressed with his honesty. He recommended other minor repairs for the boat. He gave me the best price possible for various repairs and services. My boat was quickly fixed and within a day, I was back on the water. While I was testing my new Jack Plate, I was having some electrical issues. Whenever I called him, which was several times, he was always kind, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. With his proper guidance, I was able to fix all the minor issues. He was so helpful. Wherever I called the office staff, they were all friendly and made me feel I was never a bother. I was SUPER satisfied with Fort Myers Marine and I believe I found the right boat service company for my boat. Manager Myron was very honest, professional, super knowledgeable, and so caring. They were rude, dismissive, and condescending, giving me a written estimate for over $10,000 in parts and thousands in labor. They told me the engine (with only 107 hours on it was not worth fixing and pushed me to just replace it for over $20,000. Dejected, on my way home, I stopped into Pier 41 Marine, also in Ft. Myers. The general manager Mike Lueneburg, came out, gave me a hearty, friendly handshake and listened to my story. He could not have been more pleasant. He immediately did a compression check on the 200 Yamaha and told me that he felt it was not nearly as bad as Fishtale said. He treated me with respect, and dignity. As a retired high school guidance counselor with 37 years of experience, I am a good judge of character. Mike Lueneburg has honesty, character, and integrity in spades. If you are looking for a great deal on a beautiful pontoon boat, or if you need service on your existing boat, you cannot do better than Pier 41 Marine in Ft. Myers. In addition to being the general manager, Mike is also a highly competent marine tech. He got my Yamaha up and running quickly and efficiently for a fraction of the cost that Fishtale quoted. He also determined that the trim motor which Fishtale told me was leaking, was in fact not leaking. What a difference between the 2 dealerships. If you check Pier 41 reviews, you will find glowing reviews with all 5 star ratings. If I could give Mike Lueneburg and Pier 41 Marine higher than 5 stars, I would. THEY DESERVE IT. If you want an excellent dealership, that will treat you with respect, you can not do better than Pier 41 Marine. Company No 1 did not respond for a week; Co No 2 set an appointment for the following week with a $150 visit charge to be applied to the repairs. I received a same-day response from Elevation Boat Lift Services LLC, and Scott set an appointment for Friday that very week. The following day, I sent a photo of the two motors, and Elevation sent me an estimate. Scott came on Friday at the appointed time. He checked the cables, pulls, motors, gem box, etc. Scott was knowledgeable, personal and friendly. The following Monday Scott installed the motors and gem box. Captain Ashley took us out on a day with wind and chop. We were impressed with both the handling and performance of the Avalon triton. She was very knowledgeable about the features on the boat and encouraged us to take the helm. This demo greatly influenced our decision to purchase the Avalon triton.

The GM, a person with absolutely ZERO professionalism or customer service, joked about our experience and cowardly walked back into his office. Not a single attempt at service recovery! Boat buyers beware - Apparently business is all too good for this guy. We come from 30+ years in the customer service business; can I tell you how short lived our careers would have been treating people like we were treated by this GM????? My SUV was hit in a parking lot, damaging the front passenger side headlight along with some scratches on the door and one dent by the passenger door handle on the exterior. It took over 30 days to get the car back. When it was returned to me the driver side door interior trim was all but hanging off and the passenger side exterior rear door handle fell off. I let them know and they had me bring the car back. The door handle is fine now however, the interior passenger trim is still loose and not put back together properly. Plus they raped my insurance company for close to 7k. This is the worst auto body shop I have ever brought a car to. I do not recommend them at all.

Our boat was damaged in IAN so i took it to Walkers for repair of Gelcoat, powdercoat and electronics connections. The repairs were supposedly completed 6 weeks later. I showed up late in the day to pick up the boat by water. The boat was absolutely filthy even though I was told it was washed. The electronics were not repaired, the powder coat repairs were further gouged and scuffed by the "cleaning" crew. I reached out to Kim the service manager with no replies. I then spoke with management who assured me they would come to my home for the repairs which never happened. I was forced to hire another company at my cost. I disputed the charges by walkers with Capital One to no avail because walkers argued it. They are dishonest and it was theft in my opinion. NEVER USE WALKERS!!

Horrible Experience for Boat repair- Below is a summary of…read morethe worst customer service and most abusive charges I have ever experienced. February 15 -We asked for our Fountain boat to be serviced as it would start but then die. We were told it would be about 2 weeks. We called over the next weeks and it still had not been even evaluated. In April the boat was finally entered into queue for evaluation and it was promised 4/21. we received a quotation to do a tune up and annual service. We were quoted $1787 and approved it. All of this was in writing. The actual charge we paid was $1812 We continued to ask about status and were told it was being worked on. We would stop in and be told "Stewart" was not there. Emails were not replied to for weeks. Finally the work was completed in June. We had the boat put in the water in July and when we arrived, it still did not run. No one had tested it even though they told us it was fixed. It stayed in for service. I asked for weeks for the status with no replies. The next communication in September was that we needed to replace the fuel pump, boost pump, fuel pump assy and miscellaneous and the quote was $2292.78. We approved this written quote in writing. We paid $2584.00 I asked for updates again in writing with poor responses as we did not hear anything. September 28th- We were told it need to have the fuel injectors cleaned and repaired. We approved in writing another written quote for $1705.75. I stated in writing when we approved this that it was approved based on WMG's assurance this would be the final fix. Instead of being a final fix, we received a bill for $4050.84. There was no written quotation for the first time and therefore no approval. They not only did not have approval for the $4K charge but charged it without our knowledge to our cc they kept on file. When we called to discuss they said they had to talk to their boss and would call back the next day. We heard nothing from them because they just charged it. I put a hold on the $4K and agreed to pay the only amount that had been approved $1700. This is the only way they called back. We asked repeatedly to speak with the Manager or the owner. They refused. Instead they went back and forth negotiating and we finally agreed to a figure of $3300 which was $1600 more than it should have been. Stay Away from the service company here. We don't have a trailer so did not have a lot of choices but will find another choice in the future. We keep our boat at the Marina which has since been bought be another company.
