Chris rescheduled and/or did not show multiple times. George rescheduled multiple times. When work finally performed, it was not performed correctly, & it was just an annual. And by his admission, did not know how to use the diagnostic equipment and messed up more than just the annual components. Now we are getting nasty texts including inappropriate pictures, all prefaced with his "faith". Not professional. This may have been a good company but it is not now. Website is misleading; there is no staff, only George, as Chris just quit without notice. Initial issue was a repair and now my boat in worse shape than before the repair, and we are at over $500 and repair shop has not even been able to turn the engine over because of the electrical short that he caused. I checker back a few days later and they said they were waiting for parts, OK, I checked the following week, and they said still waiting for parts. On Wednesday the 20th of May they said they were just waiting to take it out and check out the work and I came by to pick it up on the 21 Of May. I got to talk with the mechanic who said it seems OK. They only changed the spark plugs and adjusted the carburetors, nothing else. They had it for a week and a half and that's all they did. What parts were they waiting for? I believe they forgot about me and only did something when I checked on my boat. Not complaining about the cost, just the lack of work they didn't do. Now I will have to take it someplace else to have work done that I wanted done.
