I called these folks and discussed pricing and specific details on how much we had for disposal. They told me that when their crew arrived, they would look over what we had and discuss final pricing at that time. Once that was done we had the option of canceling the service or asking them to go ahead and proceed. We had one carpet that was about 16 ft by 30 + ft, they tore it into smaller sections so that it would fit more flatly in the truck. We had three bedrooms worth of carpeting, a hallway and the living room as well. They rolled it up nicely and fit it in the truck making best use of the space. After doing that, they loaded the remodeling debris and some packing boxes etc and did this all within an hour. Their pricing was reasonable. The two guys that were here were nice polite and efficient. I would definitely hire them again as needed.

There were MANY issues with my move. Firstly, I'm missing one of the large items (an end table),…read moredespite me discussing it on the phone & reminding the crew of it multiple times in-person. Secondly, several items that *did* make it were damaged in the move. Doors broken off cabinets, drawers with missing handles, etc. Thirdly, walls were gashed & scraped in both the move-out & move-in location. Fourthly, and most importantly, the job is incomplete. I explained to BOTH representatives that I spoke to on the phone, multiple times, that in addition to the big items we discussed, I had a great deal of medium-to-small items that we were in the process of sorting through at the time, that I'd like to add to the move the day of. I was told, again by both representatives multiple times, that it would be 100% possible to add as many things as necessary for an additional fee, which the movers would be able to quote me the price for on the spot. I expressly told them to send a large truck & many movers for this exact reason. (I was quoted for a large truck rental & 4 movers. Quick aside; issue 4.5 is that only 2 movers showed up). When the movers arrived, I was shown my list of items, several of which I had discussed on the phone, were not present. Then, when I asked about adding items, I was told outright that it was impossible, as they were doing multiple jobs that day & there wouldn't be enough room, despite the large truck I was charged for being very obviously completely empty. There was no room for negotiation. Due to this, more than half of the items in my home that I was fully counting on being moved and somewhat accounted for in the quote, are sitting in the middle of my living room, as we tried to collect everything to make it easier on the movers. I was directly lied to on the phone, twice. I was lied to by the movers. My move is not even 50% completed, and yet I still had to pay the original price, with only a slight deduction for the missing list item. If they had moved everything, and the price was greater because of the additions, I'd be happy to pay, but they only moved seven things, forgot one, damaged others, took longer than quoted, and still charged me $1000. This is absolutely unacceptable. Not only would I NEVER encourage others to use this service, but I will now be going out of my way to actively *discourage* anyone who's moving of even considering this company. So much so in fact, that this is my first Yelp​ review ever. Absolutely terrible experience, couldn't be more displeased. The only positive thing I could mention was that the movers were very polite. The two that showed up, anyway. I plan on reaching out directly in the morning to get this situation resolved, otherwise I'll be filing a charge-back through my credit card company for fraud (which this absolutely was). DON'T USE THESE GUYS.
