I was greeted by a courteous staff that really understood the stress and emotions I was going through. They were really nice and made me feel a lot better about the whole event. Marc is the MAN with the PLAN. He worked on my car last winter and saved me close to 1k!! He ALWAYS broke down the costs and provided the reasons for each (or whatever you wanted to ask him), even went out of his way to pick up a used bumper to save me costs. You can tell he's in the business because he loves what he does and isn't there to rip people off or make a fortune out of others. We recently had another fender bender (thanks to my out of town friend) but he offered to polish it up for free to see if it would remove any minor scratches and move forward from there...UNBELIEVABLE. It looked almost brand spanking new when we picked it up and we can't ever show how grateful we are to find this gem. His team is amazingly fast at what they do and treats everyone with high respect, not to mention how knowledgeable they are as well. Can't thank him and his team enough. I live nearby and took my car here out of convenience after being rear ended. The mechanics were super helpful and took my car in about 5 mins before closing on a Friday - bonus points! The car was in the shop for about 5 business days and it looks AMAZING! Jeff called me with updates and was thorough and transparent throughout the process. My husband and I have a few vehicles that from time to time need repairs that my husband can't do himself, not from lack of knowledge (he's a certified mechanic) its because we don't have the space or though its rare that he doesn't have the tools needed. After a little research and recommendations we were considering Burnside Collision until today.....see our truck was needing a few repairs since she was not running very well. We were headed over to a friends to work on the truck, and our friend just so happens to live just a couple blocks from the shop. We didn't make it to our friends before the truck starting spitting and trying to die so before we were left dead in the road we pulled into the nearest parking lot just across the street from Burnside Collision. We were just planning a making a quick repair just so it would make it up the street then we would finish there. After about 15 mins my husband and I noticed a person leaning on a car at the shop watching us for about 5 mins. My husband got fed up with being stared at and asked if there was a problem, and if so they needed to come say something not just stare. After about a 2 mins stand off my husband went back to finish what he was doing and the person staying in the same spot yelled for someone else. A guy walked over to the person that was staring at us the talked and looked over at us talked some more and a few mins later the person staring started to cross the street at the same time she informed us that it was part of the shops property and wanted to know what was going on. My husband replied that he was just fixing an issue with our truck and that we would be gone in just a min. She glared and stood are the edge of the parking lot we were in for another min before saying that we needed to finish up and go unless there was something they could help with. My husband no thank you he had it. She again stood there staring until my husband started packing up his tools then she walked back across the street and the guy she was talking to before stood in front of the shop watching the entire time this was going on. Then while my husband got all his stuff gathered the two stood across the street giving us dirty looks and making snide comments and laughing. So my husband decided to not go to our friends but instead parked in the closest parking spot that was not their space and finish his repairs. The two from before continued to stand and watch the whole time still laughing and making comments to each other but they made sure anything they said about us we heard by anyone and everyone in the area. I had heard good things about this place but after today and the employee's being rude and condescending simply because we had no where else but there parking lot at the time and not wanting to be charged for something my husband could do just fine himself doesn't warrant that kind of attitude. Maybe the girls tone ( i think it was a girl, but butch) would have been different had they been able to make some money from situation. I think ill be going back to do more research to find another shop I don't think I want the drama and judging treatment in my life. sorry but you lost our business. read more

I took my Toyota Tundra to this shop, following a hit-and-run which ripped off the corner of my right front bumper, and scratched up the front of my truck. Not only did they flawlessly repair this damage; I was so impressed with their work that I had them repair my tailgate as well, which had some pre-existing damages from a previous owner. I could not even believe how well they did on the tailgate. It looks brand new, and it was seriously smashed up. The latch was not working, and it looked like crap. My truck has NEVER looked this good. Excellent painting, excellent body work, friendly and honest staff. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. I highly recommend. It's hard to find honest auto care professionals, and I feel my search is now over. read more

Last year Burnside Collision repaired/replaced my front bumper and the side of my Honda Fit. They did an excellent job and in just a few days, all within the time frame they told me (Monday to Thursday). Just a few months ago, I was involved in a minor collision and I let the AAA guy convince me to take the car to another collision repair shop. I have had nothing but problems with that business; they did a poor job and I've had to go back numerous times and it is still in a state of disrepair, though they collected my money and my insurance company's money. I took my car back to Burnside Collision and they took the time to go through everything with me and show me what was definitely substandard (some I'd already known about). They were professional and honest and I appreciate that about them. I'm hoping that my insurance company will approve my car being repaired--again--at Burnside Collision (once we collect our money back from this other place)!. Thank you Burnside Collision. read more

I am a repeat customer and I couldn't recommend these guys enough. I had a water intrusion issue with my landcruiser that required the fenders to be removed and body seams resealed. The windshield gasket also leaked after it was incorrectly set by another windshield crew. Long story short, Marc set the windshield correctly when literally no one in town wanted to touch it (they are notorious leakers), pulled the fenders and sealed the seams, and found a couple other leaks that he took care of pro bono! These guys are do great work, are professional, honest and have amazing customer service. So glad to have a truck that doesn't leak anymore! read more

I've always known exactly who to go to for auto body work, I grew up with a dad who was very well known in the business for his artistic abilities in painting and meticulous finishing skills. He had some pretty impressive clients in the racing world and was sought after and considered a master at his craft. Recently, when my Honda Element was hit in the rear I called an old friend of my dad's who told me to try Mark at Burnside Collision, so I did. It was awkward trying someone new but the location was convenient and after meeting him I thought it was worth a shot. He was professional, he answered all of my questions without making me feel like an idiot, and he seemed trustworthy. Once he got started he took care of everything. He dealt with the insurance company and the rental car company and was a great communicator through the whole process. My car looks great, his finishing skills are sharp, he polished it up inside and out, making it look much better than it has in years! Had a great experience with Burnside Collision. Was able to get my car in the day after calling for availability (every other body shop was at least a month out on scheduling). They worked directly with my insurance and kept me updated through the whole process. They even filled my airs with tire since my tire pressure sensor was going off.
