Tried everything I could think of then decided I would speak to a doctor. Work don't provide a GP service for us and I searched for doctors and these guys came up first. The price - 44£ and this included the prescription the doctor wrote me The convenience - I booked from my desk this morning then saw the doctor during my lunch time. I was seen on time. The doctor - Dr Elizabeth Sinclair was lovely. I think they have loads of different ones here so difficult to say who you're going to get but if they're like her they'll be perfect for anything. I got a prescription after a quick chat with the doctor and was able to collect it from the pharmacy downstairs. Useful info : they're on the 37th floor so worth arriving a bit earlier than you'd think so you have time for the lifts etc! Also, check out my pic of the view from the waiting area. It's insane!

When they are dealing with severe illnesses they are very compassionate and supportive, and well-organised in referrals and dealing with hospitals/community mental health etc. Highly recommended!

My request was placed in the box in the hall at about 3-45 on Friday last. It is now Thursday 10/35 am Not sent down to chemist. Had to push the poor receptionist+++++ to find the prescription which she did afer asking to speak to Liz, Colin and DR. Parker. None available. The script was found and would be sent down to the chemist!! Written up on the 19th ??????? script still in ?? box at reception. Colin sort your staff out I though things would have been better as I had great problems getting my last scrip signed and sent to the chemist ??deliberate acct ?? or pure ineffiancy Great service from the Dr's It appears as you Colinhave no control over certain members of the staff I shall have to bring in the Health Authority to investigate It is now Thursday and medicines have not been delivered. With hope they will arrive Friday. Contacting the Health Authorities and ask them to investigate Liz and those responsible for the repeat prescriptions My life depends on the medication If necessary I shall take legal action against the person who refused to send my repeat prescription down to the chemist. If I was not housebound I would go over to the surgery where in the past I had similar problems and told them once if I did not get the prescription I would go to ST Thomas Hospital and find my cardiologist to write me up what I required. Liz and the others have no respect for the patients or themselves. ?? do they get a kick out of this action Colin remember you told me it was a 48 hour service!!!!!! after my last complaint. It appears that meetings are more important than the patients., Life is hard when one is not well

I wish that I didn't have to move from this surgery as it is the best I have experienced in London. It is a small and friendly surgery where the receptionists are very pleasant and helpful. They also open at either 7.30am or 8am in the mornings and 9pm on Tuesday which avoids the whole hassle of taking time off work to visit the doctor. My doctor was Dr Ana Viejo who was fantastic and on the one occasion I couldn't see her, I had a terrible throat infection and the practice manager on walking through the reception could see my discomfort. He then immediately saw me despite not being on duty as the doctor I was due to see was running late. Efficient, friendly and as pleasant as going to the doctor can be.

Amongst my complaints are incorrect diagnosises, incorrect prescriptions being issued, the doctor constantly missing appointments (mostly due to his supposed illness - but that is where the golf clubs come in) and insisting that my 8.5 month pregnant wife walk 2 miles to get £10 from a cash machine when I had already said that I would personally bring the cash round straight after work.

Bad Point - Sometimes some of the reception staff are a little short with people... If they were less rude it'd be the ultimate doctor's surgery.

The lady at the reception shoved a paper in my face and told me to go read it on how to book an appointment. There was no one waiting there except me. I wanted to tell her that I'm not a scanner but a person and she can just talk to me like real people do. Additionally she was not prepared to register me on the system until that afternoon (when asked when she would register me, she said "It depends on how busy I am", followed with "Everyone has critical problems, not just you"). The air of nonchalance was frustruating. I will be struggling back home and then making my way back once they have graced me with an appointment. People like this destroy the what is left of the NHS brand. I can't comment on the doctors here since I wasn't allowed to meet them. Watch the space!
