Tried everything I could think of then decided I would speak to a doctor. Work don't provide a GP service for us and I searched for doctors and these guys came up first. The price - 44£ and this included the prescription the doctor wrote me The convenience - I booked from my desk this morning then saw the doctor during my lunch time. I was seen on time. The doctor - Dr Elizabeth Sinclair was lovely. I think they have loads of different ones here so difficult to say who you're going to get but if they're like her they'll be perfect for anything. I got a prescription after a quick chat with the doctor and was able to collect it from the pharmacy downstairs. Useful info : they're on the 37th floor so worth arriving a bit earlier than you'd think so you have time for the lifts etc! Also, check out my pic of the view from the waiting area. It's insane!

I wish that I didn't have to move from this surgery as it is the best I have experienced in London. It is a small and friendly surgery where the receptionists are very pleasant and helpful. They also open at either 7.30am or 8am in the mornings and 9pm on Tuesday which avoids the whole hassle of taking time off work to visit the doctor. My doctor was Dr Ana Viejo who was fantastic and on the one occasion I couldn't see her, I had a terrible throat infection and the practice manager on walking through the reception could see my discomfort. He then immediately saw me despite not being on duty as the doctor I was due to see was running late. Efficient, friendly and as pleasant as going to the doctor can be.

Amongst my complaints are incorrect diagnosises, incorrect prescriptions being issued, the doctor constantly missing appointments (mostly due to his supposed illness - but that is where the golf clubs come in) and insisting that my 8.5 month pregnant wife walk 2 miles to get £10 from a cash machine when I had already said that I would personally bring the cash round straight after work.

Having recently moved, I had to leave my regular and much trusted doctors surgery and register at the Kingfisher Medical Centre which is in my new catchment area. On going in to register, I found the receptionist to be very abrupt and rude and was quite taken aback at this as the surgery was empty and it didn't seem as though she was under pressure. On the positive side, the doctors are good and very efficient which is the important factor. I was just very disappointed at the first impression as her manner was simply unacceptable and detracts from what is a medically, a very good surgery.

Covid has exacerbated the downfall…read moreand over capacity of residents in new build in area..really disappointed with response times and no face to face appts anymore..months to get blood tests..constant prompting to receive email response..can't get through on phone..surgery changed hands and management and since then not good..not staff fault..needs more funding..more staff..larger capacity of staff and rooms to cope with huge influx of new residents. A new surgery needs to be provided on peninsula and surgery should advise patients what local peninsula pharmacies can offer under nhs..blood tests??

I'm sad that I can't stay using this group of doctors now I've moved away from the area…read more Good Points - Didn't ever have problems getting an appointment. - When you're poorly, and need to see a doctor on the same day, they let you talk to a doctor over the phone then arrange a time to come in, so you don't have to sit in the waiting room for hours. - All the doctors/nurses that I met were respectful, friendly and sympathetic. - It's clean. - They normally run on time, so you don't have to wait for ages after your appointment time has passed. The lady at the reception shoved a paper in my face and told me to go read it on how to book an appointment. There was no one waiting there except me. I wanted to tell her that I'm not a scanner but a person and she can just talk to me like real people do. Additionally she was not prepared to register me on the system until that afternoon (when asked when she would register me, she said "It depends on how busy I am", followed with "Everyone has critical problems, not just you"). The air of nonchalance was frustruating. I will be struggling back home and then making my way back once they have graced me with an appointment. People like this destroy the what is left of the NHS brand. I can't comment on the doctors here since I wasn't allowed to meet them. Watch the space!

So far my experience has been very positive. The front desk in people, as well with the ones on the…read morephone, were very polite and answered all my questions. Just yesterday I went to my appointment that I scheduled two weeks out yesterday and had a third positive experience. The appointment time was almost spot on and I was in and out in a short fifteen minutes. I was very satisfied with my experience and am glad I choose this practice as my local GP.

Three out of the four doctors I have seen have made me feel bothersome for asking questions and wanting to understand my own healthcare issues. In short, I have not been made to feel comfortable or like I am in safe hands whilst visiting this clinic and would not recommend it.
