The booking system seems very good and they usually answer the phone promptly, don't leave you hanging and give you an appointment within a reasonable time frame. The nurses are very friendly, apart from one who acts like she's a doctor and has a very superior manner. In fact, my actual doctor is far more approachable and not at all superior. All the records are computerised and if you need a referral, they will try to sort out an appointment straight away online. Highly recommended.

Sitting in the waiting room and observing how they treat some of the people who walk in is often shocking. So be prepared to be annoyed by the front desk staff. They're good examples of everything that is bad about unions and the NHS- rude, inefficient, bureaucratic, indifferent. You can tell they're punching the clock until it's pension time, know they can't be fired, and could really care less about much else. I also think the pin on the map is wrong. Having tried two other ones up the road I can honestly say this is the best one…read more Very easy to book appointments, they have a walk-in surgery Monday to Thursday from 9.00 till 11.00 so you can just pop by if you do not have one, never seem to have to wait very long to be seen, doctors very professional, listen to you and they do not rush you out of the door. Tuesdays opened late till 8pm. Very clean and modern interiors. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Because of one lady doctor from this surgery did not cure my insomnia in april my hell did start.And even if now were are in July, I m still not able to sleep and still not able to walk because of them way to handle patients 's problems !!! When Dr Wardle was new to me, she was so kind and attentive but as the time went by she changed a lot her attitude !: rude, with no respect for the person 's pain, no able to speak in a not arrogant way towards patients! becoming more austere, stern, severe and unapproachable. I tried to speak to her more then one time, belivie me BUT she never took my concerns seriously. Also the manager of the Gp is always rude and she did insult me more than one time.Arrogant attitude towards people who are not able to walk well.
