I called spoke with Claire, set an appointment just a few days away. Claire was punctual, welcoming, informative taking our request and all necessary information. We were eager to hear. When not hearing back for TWO weeks, I gave a courtesy call with a pleasant message, stated just curious as I d like to get this going before weather turns but indicated no rush. After another week, and no return call (they do not answer the phone) I called again stated the same query and re read stated my e mail and phone number. Now four weeks I call again, as pleasant as possible. I stated I'm a forty year business owner, so I understand busy better than most, but questioned why have we not had the courtesy of a call. I don't understand not calling back, I don't understand not answering a phone call from a perspective very serious buyer. As of this writing of this review it has been seven weeks since I left Claire at the "establishment " with all necessary information to formulate a price to move forward. I emphatically encourage anyone not to go here for a memorial headstone. By the way, I'm doing this so my children do not have to. One star is being generous, but to be honest they "earned it" by their own inaction

He was so eager to meet with us when he thought we were buying a new headstone, but when he found out that it was just an engraving that was the last we saw of him. My father has been gone for a year and still no DOD. Won't return calls, basically hides if you go to the office, etc. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! If I could give it zero stars I would. He should be ashamed of himself!

At the time, I called around to at least 4-6 different places in the Albany area to understand the cremation options available, at a very stressful time obviously. Roy was BY FAR the most compassionate, patient, responsive, and clear about what to expect. Seriously, you just don't want to deal with the impersonal or callous attitudes that came across in my first phone call with some of the other places that offer cremation services. There wasn't even the smallest hint of anything other than the ideal level of genuine helpfulness from Roy.
