Their outstanding preparation, communication, and execution of everything made a very difficult day less stressful. They were fully present, entirely reliable, but never obtrusive or disruptive. That helped a long and grief filled day pass with minimal drama. All very efficient, but without a sense of being rushed or anyone's feelings being ignored.
