I can't say enough good things about Yoga Keowee and all it offers (classes, incredibly motivating and helpful instructors, easy parking, and a fun community of people.) Each class has a different inspirational message. If you come once, you will never want to leave.

I've loved her humble and kind personality paired with her, "you can do this" attitude. :) I've worked with her for months over the years in her studio and loved working one on one with her. Laurie listens to your goals and assess' them to then create an individual plan that is totally doable and achievable. I've always felt like she has wanted me to succeed in all my fitness goals. My favorite part has been that there have been times where I couldn't be in studio due to my schedule, but still needed to tone up and shred some fat; she was able to successfully create macro plans for me that helped me do just that. I've never worked out with her or had a plan that I worked hard at, that didn't produce results.. and she was there cheering me on the whole way!

Whether you are looking for a place to just pop in for a class once in a while or while traveling or a place to become part of your routine, this studio will fit your needs. There are classes for all levels and interests and an amazing variety of teaching styles all with wonderfully unique personalities. Because of this, there is a warm and inviting atmosphere that I believe is created due to that amazing group of teachers and also students. There are always amazing and exciting workshops that go further into yoga but also sometimes workshops more "parallel to" that bring in other interesting subjects that so many of us find fascinating. I am always excited to see what is next.
