First let me say I did not loose the weight from a ridiculous hard diet, sure I couldn't go out and eat 3 pieces of cake for lunch or a mountain of pasta but what I ate was healthy good foods. In fact I was often scolded for not eating enough and I would whine and complain I am full I can't eat any more so they showed me how to add more calories with good fats. I still eat like a pig people are amazed I can devour so much but its healthy foods not foods that turn to sugar then fat. so any one who says this doesn't work hasn't given it a chance or won't give it a chance because they will miss out on their beer and desserts! My story... I have tried every diet known to mankind from the easy calorie counting to the wacky herbals to the only one food diet from age 15 on. Nothing worked and the yo yo dieting messed with my body so badly that by 41 I was hospitalized and told I was lucky to be alive. I tried out the Lipo Laser at burn fat alaska because there was a groupon for 3 sessions and figured I would give it a shot. When I got there I really didn't know what to expect. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. The first appointment was a consultation and they explained to me the process. The doctor was very informative, in no way made me feel pressure to purchase the larger package, keep in mind the treatment is more effective if you do about 6 to 9 session. They do have payment plans to assist with the cost of the treatment. I personally wanted something to jump start my weight loss routine. My husband on the other hand was very skeptical and stated that the combination of everything would of course make me lose weight. SO I decided to experiment and with the exception of increasing my water in take I only did the treatment and no exercise. After 3 treatments I actually lost half an inch in my midsection instead of gaining. Now I know a half an inch sounds small but considering I did nothing and I wasn't exactly eating healthy that was pretty impressive to me to happen in one week. So I have signed up to do more sessions and I believe with my combination of working out and eating correctly the results will definitely be more drastic. I bought the groupon for the 3 sessions. I wanted to use it for my wedding, but with the scheduling I wasn't able too. I wasn't a big fan of the consultation, because it did seem like a sales pitch to buy more sessions, but I loved the actual sessions themselves! The atmosphere is very relaxing and the technician I was with made me feel very comfortable about the process and was not misleading about what type of results I would have after 3 sessions. I received some additional information about healthy eating habbits that I also found useful regardless of the lipo-laser. I had a good experience here and lost almost 3 inches in 3 sessions. The office manager was sweet and helpful. Your first visit well be with the doctor. He will advise you on what to eat and show you the packages that he provides to his clients. Some people won't understand what he is talking about when it comes to vitamins, supplements and what you should or shouldn't eat unless you have been around alternative medicine. Yes, it's true you don't "need" to workout to have positive results but those results are going to be limited-simple fact. You are given guidelines to help achieve more positive results. It helps if you have already started those guidelines prior to the visits for at least a week to help your body to get rid of toxins. Although I was slightly skeptical of the whole lipo laser process at first, after only 3 sessions I did see results. I was made to feel very welcome from the moment I entered. So after three of the most relaxing and comfortable sessions and an excellent ride on the vibration machine, I did lose " in my midsection. I, too, was skeptical about the LipoLaser process and so when I saw the Groupon come up, I jumped on it. My consultation with the doctor was good and the staff was very kind and flexible about scheduling when I had to change things around a few times. The LipoLaser process was easy and relaxing and I went to the gym and drank lots of water as prescribed but did not stick to the strict-ish diet I was given, just tried to "behave" a little better than usual. My Groupon was for three sessions and after the third (which really means after 2 since the third hadn't had time to work its magic yet) I had lost 1/2" on EACH arm. They also took photos where I could begin to see a difference. So I've signed up for a few more arm sessions to finish the treatment and then on to my thighs! I was very happy with the results i got out of my treatment. I was told very clearly what to expect and follow by the technician in the very beginning. So, i followed it exactly and tried to work out as much as i can during the treatment. Sure enough my belly fat starting to melt by the fourth session. I did total of 9 sessions and lost nearly 5 inches. i have been keeping up with the good food choices and work out at least three times a week. So far i have lost additional total of 10 lbs since I finished the program. There is no magic treatment program out there. They were rude, pushy, derogatory, and downright disrespectful to me and I just cannot believe that they are still in business.
