Not only do I understand it I am forever grateful for it! Roshni took the time to understand the details of the wedding but also educated us an helped us find the best outfits, head to toe! Did I mentioned that we procrastinated? Because we did! We were able to find out perfect attire and have it altered just in time before our travel! Oh wait, they said, it is a $9 fee to pay it over the phone. Hold my beer while I pay it online I said. So I pay the new fee online, but the credit won't show for three days, and I tell them to cancel my card. She says she cancelled it but I see no confirmation of that in the account and she refuses to send me a confirmation email. Protocol, she says, is I have to just believe her and the confirmation will be coming by snail mail in 7-10 days. Will this headache ever end??? Seriously. Save yourselves!!! This has been a PSA.

I received a callback from her shortly after and she said that they would go ahead and mail them to me, but it's not something they usually do. And also told me that they would not mail them until Monday. Unfortunately, the two pairs of pants that I had did not fit my daughter and I had to drive back to the store to return them. When I got there I told them I Have two pairs of jeans waiting for me. They found a package and when they opened up it there was only one pair of jeans! I specifically told her several times on the phone that there were two pairs of jeans that they did not put in my bag!! So in the long run I'm glad I went back in. I was asking for assistance with a return (with receipt) and her attitude from the jump was awful. Condescending, rolling her eyes, and refusing to listen. I just immediately said, NM, I'm going to go to a store location I know to be tried and true and where I won't be treated like garbage. I'm not sure what is going on at this brickyard location, but something needs to shift.
