They made sure we got all the details to choose the shed we wanted in a satisfactory timeframe and the quality of the build is second to none. Hardworking people! We HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

I have been searching for a well built shed for months and I, of course, wanted it for a fair…read moreprice. I checked Home Depot, Lowe's Wayfair, Amazon, local builders, Craigslist... lots of places. I talked to many people, read tons of reviews and then was even more confused about what makes a great, long lasting, well built, good looking shed... On Craigslist, I happened upon an nondescript ad that I checked out, just as I had many others. I was VERY pleasantly surprised at the quick response to my gazillion (really) questions. Patient and thorough answers, photos of not only the shed in question, which happened to be already built, but also offers to customize different sizes if necessary, photos of insides and outside, roof shots, moving shots so I could determine if it could be delivered. They were concerned with helping me get the right product. Obviously, they need to make a living, but they were not trying to make their whole week's salary from my one purchase. I have since recommended them to anyone who talks to me about getting a shed, given out their contact info as well. the delivery process took maybe a half hour, but probably less. I already had a concrete pad where a garage had been removed, so I only had to make sure it was swept of debris. If you want a seamless, professionally built Amish shed, these are the folks to contact. the sheds come primed and ready to paint the colors you prefer. My attached photos are before I apply my paint. This is an 8' X 10' better quality shed. I did purchase their "better quality" shed so that my maintenance requirements are minimal. They said that even their regular/good quality would just need painting every few years to last many, many years. The better quality sheds only need painting every 10- 15 years. I don't know if that claim is true, but everything else they told me took place just as described, so I am choosing to believe this as well. I recommend doing business with this company. They are not the actual builders, but they have a relationship with the builders and will customize orders for whatever your needs are. Then they will use this ingenious machine and trailer to professionally deliver!!

That turned out to be one of the biggest mistakes of this entire purchase. Two years later, we finally had an issue with the sofa. What followed was almost a full year of frustration, delays, and total lack of communication. We had multiple people come through our home to "fix" the problem--none of them successful--and most of the time we were left emailing repeatedly with no response unless we chased them down. Eventually, after months of back-and-forth, we were told we could get a replacement piece and were given a strict deadline to go choose it. So we drove to the Mobilia Burlington location, spent yet another hour of our weekend filling out their paperwork and selecting the replacement. We were told they would call us when the piece arrived. They never did. After waiting over a month, I called them myself, only to be spoken to by a dismissive employee who asked why I hadn't called sooner, because apparently the piece had been sitting there "for some time." No call. No email. Nothing. When I finally went to pick it up--after arranging my day around their timeline--I was told I needed to pay over $800 because they had "no record" of our replacement request or any of the paperwork we completed. Hours of my time were wasted for absolutely nothing. At this point, I genuinely cannot recommend Mobilia to anyone. The communication is disorganized, the insurance process is exhausting and unhelpful, and the customer service leaves you feeling like you're the one at fault for their lack of follow-through. What was supposed to be a simple warranty claim turned into a year-long ordeal that cost us time, patience, and trust. If you're considering buying furniture here--especially if they push the insurance--think twice.

On delivery the delivery men broke one of the legs didn't tell us and proceeded to drag in on our floor gouging out a chunk of more than 3 planks of flooring. There was also a massive grease stain and indentation in the sofa leather padding we've heard nothing from them for more than 3 weeks now. they do not respond well and I would never go to this store again
