As I walked in I was greeted by both a sales assistant and Rebeca the owner. Both were very friendly and accommodating, and within a few minutes, I had beautiful sparkly studs in my ears. I was very pleased with how meticulous Rebeca was on making sure the holes were even, she even pulled out a little ruler to measure. The piercing was pretty painless (it was my third hole so I'm kinda a pro.) I was really happy with my experience. It's a calm environment which I think would be good for kids. You are given a cleaning lotion and instructions how to keep them clean and infection free! I am pretty sure they do cartilage piercing on the ear also. Beside the ear piercing, they have a ton of cute accessories to browse. I ended up getting a necklace that have been searching for after seeing it on a girl at the Belmont Stakes. As I was passing by I asked my niece for the time that one of stores near it closes. My niece proceeds to tell me 9:30 in which one of the workers rudely states they close at 6:50. I did not pay no mind, as I ask for the information to my niece again she aggressively states "I said already we close at 6:50". I proceed to tell her the question was not for her or regarding the store.
