She was able to go into detail when answering all of my questions. She was also extremely patient and kind. I knew what I was looking for and ended up going back over to the clearance section because the shoe I wanted had sold out and I did not want to order anything. I ended up walking back over to Kaitlyn because she knew what I was looking for. Kaitlyn was so incredibly kind and patient that I did not feel rushed or pressured. She had the best attitude and the best costumer service I've ever seen. For the negatives, the food court is pretty sad, it only has a coffee shop, a pizza restaurant, and chicken restaurant, and a small Indian restaurant. We got food from the chicken restaurant and it was disappointing. Also, it was a hot day and there's not too much shade besides going into the stores or the food court. Overall, I like the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets more in terms of their layout and larger store selection, but would recommend going here if you plan on making large purchases to save on the tax.
