This place sucks it's super tiny and it doesn't have that much inventory and the bathrooms are never opened

I don't remember when Burlington dropped the "coat factory" part of their name but I'm here for it :). I love their selection. It is much smaller than other Burlington's I'm used to, but the nice thing about is that they're able to keep their store more organized and cleaner than the bigger ones. Staff is nice. They can be super friendly or just meh, but never rude. They started some sort of security checkpoint where they rope off the entrance area where you walk in. I'm guessing it's to prevent grab and dash thieves. Understandable. I love coming here to look at their selections and almost always leave with a deal. read more

This was my first time coming to this store since it opened and I will not be back. As soon as you walk in you have to wait for security to allow you in the store. It's the most odd thing and unwelcoming experience. It immediately turned me off. I was lied around store looking for a specific item. Store was not fully stocked a lot of empty shelves. As I decided to leave the I then had to wait for security guard again to allow me exit. I went next door to marshals instead and had a much better shopping experience read more

As of today I had a bad experience at Burlington , never had any issues at this location. The white lady in the front rudely denied me entrance saying I couldn't bring my dog into the store , could've said it much nicer. Even though the family in front of us had just walked into the store with a chihuahua?? My dog is a service pet! Felt racially profiled. very rude and unfair. read more

Security tag wasn't fully removed. I posted the picture of the receipt to show proof that I in fact did make a purchase. Covered the employees name because at the end of the day, we all make mistakes and we're not perfect but thankfully, I found this on my floor before me or my children stepped on it. Burlington is a good place to shop. Even if I don't find what I'm actually looking for, I usually do find something. The store is usually clean and organized although, sometimes, it does get a little disheveled. Don't expect much help from the staff. It's not that kind of store. Checkout lines can get long and slow. Staff is generally not aware of the stock nor where to find things. read more

I like coming to this store. So much selection to choose from. People who left bad reviews are stuck up. Pretty much the people who shop here come for the selection but want VIP service. Went here in search for an outfit for my civil wedding. So using the outfits was a must. My first trip to the fitting room three employees were talking amongst themselves, didn't bother to acknowledge me for 3-4 mins. Only when I took my phone did one get the keys to open the door. Second time the lady helped me out in a timely manner. Third time I used the fitting rooms no one was there. An employee that helped me out the first time (the one with the group of ladies) walked to the stand I was standing next to grabbed some stuff and left without assisting me and then she walked to the back room and then came out and left home I assume. Waited for 8-10s until I decided to seek someone out on the floor. The lady said" I'm sorry yea we don't know where they're at." And I responded with" a lady was just helping me - couple of mins ago. She had black hair and..." then she cuts me off with " everyone has black hair. -_- first of all no. And I simply just walked away because what she was saying after that was not helpful. She couldn't simply redirect me to someone that could help. I go back and wait until I decided to call the store and only then was someone sent to help me. The lack of urgency to help a customer out baffled me. Will not be returning to this location which is unfortunate since it's close by but I'd rather driver farther to get better service. read more

Very messy & unorganized location... I was just there yesterday & there seemed to have been 4 important ladies who work for the Burlington district just standing around observing the store & speaking to the store manager but not once greeted customers who walked in nor tried to make the store presentable. I was excited to see this store opening up in my neighborhood so last night I went there to buy a sweatshirt. As soon as you walk in the first thing you see is the security guard and there is as another lady at the front - like a supervisor or something. They were friendly enough but still the whole set up felt very ghetto and not befitting the really nice area where I live. Let me be clear it's not the security in of itself. I mean Ross across the way has security but you just don't feel like they are literally guarding the door and scanning your face as you enter and filing you away in some database. The store at Renaissance way in Rialto and even at the outlet mall in Ontario does not give off this vibe so what gives? read more
