We were here for Firebirds but there are a dozen and a half others from quick order to sit down. Do you prefer shopping? How about Field & Stream and TJ Maxx? Hotels, movie theater and fitness center too. It's a busy place and getting set in the right direction was a challenge. I can not imagine what a mess this place must be during the Christmas season. Even on a weeknight, the parking lot was pretty jammed. [Review 11455 overall, 1233 of 2019.]

Its confusing and hazardous. This isnt kohls fault. I was shocked at some of the ugly dresses. Looked like something from hand maids tale or little house on the prairie. Ugh hope that's not the new style. Either way I'm not going to wear it.

They continuously get rid of health, beauty, and cleaning supplies that I use. If they don't get rid of it they are shrinking their sizes of things now and charging the same or even more. Bottom line great management, they were ready for a surge and handled it well. My first 4 star Walmart review. Call it like you see it. Would recommend and will return.

I had wine- along with $150 worth of groceries- but was told I could not purchase the wine unless my daughter and I both showed IDs that were over 21. Idiocracy! I could not buy wine bc my kid went to the store with me. FYI, idiots of Walmart, you have no liability once I leave your store for anything I do with anything I buy. So, if a 55 year old wants to buy wine, she should be able to do it no matter who she's with. My family and I will shop elsewhere when visiting Oxford.

Possibly the best Macy's I have ever been to. If you are looking for suits, ask for Sheila!…read more Sheila let us know that we could get the suit prices (on sale) from online, in store. She was very accommodating and gave us thoughtful advice regarding length and suggested various styles and colors that worked within our theme. In my opinion, buying suits in-store is the best, especially with such great staff! Most surprisingly, this Macy's in particular had a larger variety to select from than Men's Warehouse.

The shoe repair shop is still there and has been open forever but never see customers. On a weekend this place used to be busy with shoppers and popular place to meet up. Saw as many mall walkers as shoppers. Most shops had no one but a an employee. How do they stay open. Speaking of that alot of places have moved out and been replaced by something ridiculous like ball cap store or cats. Most all the stores I used to go to are gone. Jcpenny and Macy's are still there but very few shopping. In Penny's only saw 1 employee in the whole place and they were at the downstairs register. Only 1 open in 3 levels. How are people not robbing them blind. At Macy's they had a few ladies covering the perfume area but no customers. Sadly everything is going to online shopping and that makes buying fragrance a gamble. But from what we saw I'd say the mall is at risk of closing.

If you want to find deals you really have to comb through every rack and section of the store. It can be worth it if you have time. Instead of helping, multiple employees (at least four different people, all at separate times) brushed us off, saying they couldn't assist but would find someone who could. We waited over 30 minutes-- they even called over the speakers-- yet nobody ever showed up. We finally had to track someone down ourselves, and when that person came, they had a rude, dismissive attitude. To make things worse, when we went up front, the managers just stared at us and didn't lift a finger to help. It felt like we were treated as an inconvenience rather than paying customers in need of assistance. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I will never be coming back to this Walmart.
