Oh Big Lots. I have so many memories of coming here for the most random of things. I really don't…read moreknow what kind of store this should be labeled as they have such a random assortment of stuff. I have come here many times in the past to browse their massive selection of food and snacks. Often times they will have the quirkiest stuff and the prices will be great! I wouldn't say you could get your full list of groceries here, but your gonna find some great items nonetheless. Beyond the food selection, they have a huge assortment of home decor. This is a great place to go anytime you need holiday decor! They always have great Halloween or Christmas stuff at a huge discount. They also have all kinds of other house hold items such as: bathroom items, kitchen gear, and home repair. On top of that, they have a massive selection of great discounted furniture in the back that is pretty top of the line. Make sure to get a membership because they also give discounts via email. Not a bad place at all!

!!!Beware!!! If you aren't white you're treated like dog sh*t!! Staff very dismissive and arrogant,…read moreracist and homophobic! 11-16-25, I go there for three items. Car freshener, Twix snickerdoodle and cotton candy. As I walk through the isles I see these toy plastic keychains. All toys priced at $1.75. I pick three. I use the scanner to check out a price on a different item and then I priced the toy keychain and to my surprise was saying $3. I go to check out and I politely ask, this is showing $3 instead of $1.75. And I show him the photo of all toys at $1.75. He calls to his manager and says ( "she" ops "he" has a question) first red flag. Then I say to the manager it's not a question per se, all the toys are $1.75 and these are showing $3 she goes (okay yeah someone moved them there $3, a customer must've put them there and looked at me to insinuate I put them there. I told her this has never happened to me before I'm fine with getting just the one, not 3 of them can you price fix it just for the one. She looks at me and says ( yeah, no. I'd be losing money, come back tomorrow when a different manager is here and try "this with him". Pure insanity. I left all my items at the register ( $20 worth of items. ) And I let her know this is Liverpool no shocker racism is live and kicking here and left in utter disgust.

PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR BILL!…read more TLDR: I was at this facility for about 6.5 months. Your unit price will most likely be raised 3-6 months after your free month. You'll pay the "web rate" for about 3 months and then your bill will be raised to over the "in-store" price. You are then supposed to notice your bill is more expensive, come in and "negotiate" the price down to around the in-store price. Understand though the on-site staff are fantastic. The corporation is terrible. The included pictures are my monthly bills and the listing of my unit days after I moved out. I would like to say upfront the on-site staff were fantastic every time I interacted with them and the facility is really nice (hence 2 stars instead of 1 star). But due to the pricing practices of the off-site corporate entities, I left after 6.5 months and giving two chances to fix my unit price. People are lured in with a free month and decent unit prices, only to have their unit price jacked up after a few months. From my understanding, the on-site staff don't control the prices of the units, thus not at fault for the scummy pricing practice I, and from my understanding many others, experienced. (Side note: looking through the other reviews, most/all seem to read like they're from people that have been here for less than a month) I came in paying $77/month for my 7'x5'. I made that payment for 3 months then was charged $91 on my 4th (paying) month. Understand at the time the "web rate" of a 10'x5' was $94, only $3 more. I went in and was told they can try negotiating it down. On-site staff submitted a negotiation of $80/month and said I'd get my next bill reduced (again, on-site staff were fantastic). So my next bill I paid $69, which I thought was the new $80/month minus $11 overpaid the month prior. But then the bill after was for $89. Come to find out after looking closer at my account, the off-site price setter only brought it down $2, and I was given a $20 credit the month I paid $69. So because I liked the facility and the staff are great (and I didn't want to move my stuff), I gave them one more chance to have the price brought back down to the $77 I moved in under. On-site staff sent off the "negotiation" and 1-2 weeks later learned it was denied. The on-site staff did offer a couple options in an attempt to get me to stay (again on-site staff were fantastic), but each option would eventually result in the inevitable rate increase. So I found another storage facility that said they don't jack up their rates (hopefully) and moved out. A couple days later, I checked their site to see if my unit was relisted. It was relisted for $73/month... $4 less than what I was willing to pay. Understand I'm fine with general rate increases over extended periods of time due to general increased costs of running the facility. What I'm not okay with are random 20%-30% jumps for no reason. So if money is of no object to you, it's a fantastic storage facility. Excellent staff. Drive through storage. Clean. But the off-site corporation will try to milk you dry.
