Great selection, convenient location in front of bus stop and few blocks from train, but too…read morecrowded with people blocking with the shopping carts and strollers. Worse is even though they close at 10:30 their fitting rooms close early, when we were there it was closed at 7. There is also no stalled restroom, it's individual and you need an employee to open it for you because it's always locked. People are right about the security, they openly trail customers and honestly feels like they have a bit too much security, maybe there are thefts we don't know about? People are also right about the lack of cashiers and rude cashiers, one kept scolding customers to not step forward in line until we hear the automated announcement telling us which numbered register to go to, she was literally scolding every customer that dared to just move up the line to make room for more customers entering the already long line. If people don't move up the line then how can other people not block the doors?

I have only been to an ABC store in my neighborhood where it's completely ridiculously packed (I…read moremean literally squeezing through racks) with a bit of everything from affordable clothes, curtain, houseware plus more. This super store was triple the size of my neighborhood store. It had the the same merchandise times three plus some breathing room going through racks. All their affordable clothing was on the first floor and everything else was downstairs in the lower area. I have never been in this neighborhood before but this place was a super find for me.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Five Below location. The employee I spoke with was…read morerude and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. Instead of trying to help, she told me there was a rule that I could only make one purchase per day and that I had to use an email to complete my purchase. I had never heard of these requirements before, and they weren't posted anywhere in the store. When I politely asked why, she didn't explain it clearly and just repeated what she was saying in a rude tone. The whole interaction made me feel unwelcome and embarrassed for simply trying to buy something. I understand stores can have policies, but they should be explained respectfully and consistently. If these are actual policies, they should be clearly communicated to customers. If not, employees shouldn't be telling customers they have to follow requirements that aren't clearly stated. I've always enjoyed shopping at Five Below, but this experience really changed my opinion of this location. I hope management looks into this and reminds employees to treat customers with respect and communicate policies professionally.

The laser scanning device for customers cuts shopping time by 70%. As you enter, the person up…read morefront will scan your card and then your cart. Then go directly to the boxes near the store's exit. The trick is to shut the kiddie seat and then scan 3 boxes as soon as you come in - two the long way and then one boc perpendicular to the two. Then shop, scan and put it in the box. After you moderately fill the 3 boxes (so you don't strain yourself putting it in your car after you leave) go back and get 3 more boxes to put on top of the bottom 3. After you finish shopping go to the weighing stations to the left of the cashiers, scan your cart and then the scanning cart to the right of the scale. There will be a ding and a green sign above the sccale - then move to the screens straight ahead and scan the screen. You are done. Now return the laser to the box and just pay with your credit card.

(he should be well and live independently until 120!). the cashier wouldn't lift a finger to help either of us pack even though line was huge. She handed me the receipt while 300 dollars of groceries was on the refister waiting to be packee. I put the receipt in one of the bags. I was in front of the cashier and the exit. She wouldn't let me leave without the receipt. Like hell was I going to go empty 20 Bags to find the receipt! When to customer service. She apologized and escorted me to the register. She had the cashier print out another receipt and let me go. what a terrible experience. If the line is out the door the cashier can lift a finger to help pack!!!! Shame on her and shame on bingo !!!!
