They do a great job of being selective about what they carry and pricing it appropriately. They have tons of my favorites including Hanna Anderson, Gap, Crew Cuts, Patagonia, and more. They have lots of great kids shoes as well--things that would normally be pricier, like Keen, Sperry, etc. I have not consigned with them although I probably should. One thing I really love is that they promote their items on Instagram (handle 529hollinhall) and you can even reserve and pay for items there. It is handicapped accessible with mechanical push buttons inside and out. Upon entering the store, the women's section is to the right, men's to the left and children's towards the back. I don't normally visit Old Navy, but the last time we visited there were sales throughout the store. It's nice that there were still items on sale (it just so happened the time we visited, the athletic apparel was 50% off). We needed to get new clothing for our little kiddos and I really like that their shirts are decently priced. Their pajama sets were selling at $10. If you also explore their clearance sections, you may find a great piece at a great price. My hubby got a pair of shorts for $5! By the checkout counter, there were many miscellaneous items for sale, such as: beauty products, hair accessories, a few doggie apparel, and health and safety products like hand sanitizer. Walking around, there are a good handful of retail associates available to assist with whatever you may need (e.g. reaching something high up and unattainable for a short person...like me). We have found some to be friendly and some to be a little mediocre, but it didn't bother us much. A thing to note, though, some of their sales are only good if you open up (or use) their Old Navy credit card. Don't feel pressured into opening an account if you don't really want to. Overall, we believe our recent shopping experience was good since we have found some pretty nice clothes for the whole family.

Everything is pretty clearly labeled and I found the pricing to be fair. As always I find it interesting which brands they price higher, while some designer or vintage labels are fairly inexpensive. They could use more mirrors around the store. I found it to be clean and well organized. If out for a thrifting trip you could also hit up the Goodwill on Telegraph which is hit or miss in my opinion. Worth a trip!

Well I have been shopping at this Costco for awhile now and I never had an issue until today. I am…read morea disabled veteran and I have a service dog due to my military injuries. I bring her everywhere I go she's very intuitive and aware of how I'm feeling and is always protective. Well I brought her in Costco with me because I have been able to do so BUT NOT TODAY. I met a manager there named Shantel and she denied my service dog entry because she determined with her expertise that my service dog "was not acting like a service dog" according to her. But she failed to realize my service dog was backing up to me and having to account for each person coming and going and with Shantel approaching me she was having to focus on a lot of things going on. I think all entrances of Costco have well over 100 people per hour come through and it's fair to say a dog that is trained to protect and to be aware of its surroundings and having an owner with disabilities it might be a very active moment for the dog regardless of their age or how well they are trained. Onyxx is not the best service dog on the world or like a military or police dog but she helps and does a good job. But to be denied entry due to what someone who has no real experience or is legally able to determine what is or isn't a service dog is unreal. No I do not put my dog in a "service dog vest" or have a "service dog" little patch on her but my disabled veteran military ID should suffice enough. I did call Costco corporate and submitted a formal complaint because there is no real signage posted or anything anywhere to set a standard of what is required for entry for a service dog. I don't know if I need to carry around my military VA paperwork to prove I need a service dog.... It really shouldn't be an issue. Onyxx was not lunging at anyone or barking. She was just accounting for anyone approaching or around to determine a threat or made me uncomfortable. She immediately saw no one is a threat or poses as a threat and can instantly make that determination. If anything she just sniffed someone like any dog does. She is almost 2 years old so there will be lapses. Shes a giant schnauzer it's a very intelligent breed known to be service dogs. Anyways, I am attaching Google AI search of Alexandria, VA laws about service dogs for others to know their rights for your ADA dog. So that hopefully Shantel and other employees of Costco can know. Hope things improve I'll be back next week with Onyxx to see if anything has changed. Shantel clearly doesn't know she's not legally allowed to deny a service dog due to her own opinion that my service dog "is not acting like a service dog" nor is Onyxx required to wear a "service dog vest" nor am I legally required to provide any documentation. In essence she called a military veteran a liar even after I told her I'm a disabled veteran and this is my service dog.
