This will be my new AC company!!…read more I have not had AC all summer as I was waiting for another company to get a part. I called Flo-Aire and Bob was out the same day. He spent the time needed to fix the problem. He cleaned up the other company mess and it turned out we did not need a part we needed an experienced repairman. THANK YOU Bob!! Bob has been doing this for 40+ years. He got our AC running that day! THANK YOU Flo-AIRE,

The installer Randy was a very professional guy, very patient with me, as I was asking him a 100 million questions and basically trying to talk to him while he was working. finally, I figured out he couldn't work and talk at the same time very well. so I left him alone I also have to give Randy credit, the 1st day he arrived to do the job, while they were removing the old furnace, randy's helper ended up hurting his back and having to leave so for 2 days Randy worked by himself on the 3rd day they brought him 2 helpers to get the job finished, the young helper was a great guy. I don't know his name. Was very friendly. but his other person helping him was an another installer and I have to admit, he was a bit of an asshole. But I didn't let it bother me all in all a very good job and I'm glad we went with them

I called an HVAC company my GF recommended but he couldn't do the work that Friday. Randy recommended Rob at Autumn Heating & Cooling. Rob surprised me by showing up within an hour. He got the furnace--located in my attic space--running and wasn't even going to charge me! Sadly, the blower motor failed within two hours and shut down. Rob IMMEDIATELY had his crew locate the part and by 4:00 of the same day, they had it replaced! Excellent service and easy to work with. I strongly recommend calling Autumn Heating & Cooling for all your furnace needs.

I called out this company, and Mike was able to diagnose the bearings were seizing up. I would need a new blower motor. The price he quoted was reasonable. I asked if it was worth getting done. He said, that based on the age of my furnace (Over 40 years old) that a new furnace was recommended. The thing is that this company doesn't sell or install new furnaces, they only repair. What I really appreciated, was how he turned down business to give me proper advice. And to add, he did not even charge me for the service call. This is someone who has a passion and loves their work and believes in an honest and fair way of doing business. You really do stand out in this day and age! The least I can do is recommend your business for the future.

I am totally dissatisfied with the work from this company. We upgraded to a new 2-stage central air…read moreconditioning system put in to replace our old 1 stage system. What the owner/installer, Andrew, failed to mention was that he HAD NO IDEA how to work with our current Arzel zoning system, nor did he mention that his knowledge of a 2 stage central air conditioning system was non existent. Now less than one month after installation, our central air conditioning system doesn't work. After trying to get resolution on why we can't cool our home, Andrew, tells us that we have to PAY him to troubleshoot the issue - the issue that HE CREATED when he upgraded our system. I would NEVER recommend him or this company for any type of work! We read the previous reviews from customers and spoke with him several times regarding our needs; and felt that we would be in good hands - however that proved to be inaccurate assessment of choosing Andrew's Heating and Cooling. Andrew was not honest, forthcoming, knowledgeable, and lacked industry integrity on the 2-stage central air conditioning system that he installed- now our house doesn't cool as it should. Our system stays in 1 stage- not allowing cooling from 2nd stage. The joints are leaking because of his ineptitude to understand the air conditioning system compatibility with other systems. He is completely over his head with customer service and complex jobs that require a strong foundation of heating and cooling. We scheduled a follow up to see what was going on with our AC with Andrew - he was here less than an hour to follow up on our complaint. Prior to us having compressor issues with our old system (the one replaced by Andrew) our system cooled our home. Now the new one - Andrew installed- does not work. Andrew is completely out of his element as he doesn't know how to properly analyze, troubleshoot, or communicate the real issues. Andrew should not have taken on a job where he was not knowledgeable on the components of AC compatibility. Thank goodness that he didn't install our furnace - we would be stuck up a river with no paddle...
