I went to Fluff and Fold Laundromat on Saturday and started doing my laundry. I chose to go there…read morebecause they have a large number of washing machines, and I had a lot of laundry to do. About ten minutes after I arrived, the power went out. I contacted the owner, and the owner told me that it was my fault because I was running too many washing machines at the same time. That explanation makes absolutely no sense. Why would you have that many washing machines available if they are not all capable of being run at the same time? That is exactly what I said to the owner, and the owner promptly hung up on me. To make matters even worse, a couple of pieces of our clothing were completely destroyed by their washing machines. I will be uploading pictures of the damaged clothing and attaching them later. I would recommend looking into other local laundromats, as the prices are also less just about anywhere else you go.

She contacted back promptly and got in touch with my Mother in law. They set up Tuesday at which time Laurie came and picked up all the clothes and washed them, dried them, and folded them. She then brought them right back and delivered them right into my in-laws apartment. Great service for anyone with mobility issues or someone that does not have time. I only need one other for blankets. You could tell everything got clean in 29 min. We set the dryers to run 40 min. and everything was dry. It's not cheap washing there. You have to pay more in the washers and dryers depending on what cycles you choose. We would return to this laundromat. As soon as you finish using the machines the gal wiped them down so they're ready for the next person.
