Burgers, burgers, burgers! Cheese, plain and even vegi! The burgers, fries and onion rings were great! The wait time was quite long so I suggest you order online before going. The milkshakes are fantastic! When we arrived there was no line but then the place filled up quickly. They give you a beeper to notify you when your order is ready. They must not prepare items in advance but as they are ordered. There were laptops on a stand to order from but they were not working so everyone waited on line to order. Even a milkshake, which was an afterthought, took 10 to 15 minutes to receive after ordering. For an easy Fast Food type of place, this was pretty decent. read more

I always like the strange decor and the fact that each burger fries I have ever been in has been drastically different from the previous one. Win to this location on a Sunday morning around 11:45 AM. The place looked like it had not been thoroughly cleaned on the inside since the previous night. It was difficult to find a table that was semi clean. Many of the tables had crumbs and the floor felt like it had not been mopped in quite some time. I think management team needs to come by on a Sunday to look at the restaurant they invested on and train the staff to properly empty out the trash bins when they are full to the top and the tables look unclean. Many of the trash bins were also full which leads me to believe the staff there that morning did not bother to do any cleaning at all. There's not one close to my home but when we travel for work in Palm Beach we frequently order from here. Real affordable prices and delicious burgers! You can't forget the fries which are handcut and salted perfectly! They have great sauces. The secret Burger Fi sauce is the best. The reason for 1 less star is almost Everytime we order they forget to include the extra sauces that we order and pay for. I've been to a couple BurgerFi locations, and this one has the friendliest staff BY FAR. I've been here on a few occasions, and each time I'm greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. They voluntarily bring food out to you, and often offer to clear your table toward the end of your meal. BurgerFi has great burgers, especially the Breakfast All Day (BAD) Burger. Beef patty, hash brown, sautéed onion, maple syrup, bacon, and a fried egg. I also love the Southern Slaw Grilled Chicken Sandwich. Grilled chicken breast, white cheddar cheese, creamy sauce, onion ring, and bacon-pineapple coleslaw. I surprisingly like their VegeFi Burger as well. While I normally don't like veggie burgers, BurgerFi's rendition is especially tasty. My mother once ordered the VegeFi Burger, and the patty itself was very tiny. She brought it to their attention, and apparently they said that she was supposed to get two patties because they recognize how small just one is. Props to them! Their custard is so creamy, and they don't charge extra for your choice of *multiple* toppings - unheard of! In short, I love this place, and will go out of my way to swing by. read more

We usually come down here and have a great experience. That was unfortunately not the case tonight. We waited over 20 mins for two burgers and fries. Almost slipped and fell on the wet floor that was the entire upper floor area including underneath the mats by the fountain drink machines. A table of six who came 20 mins after we arrived, received all of their food before us. This is shameful and people should be under a managers supervision at this location. A girl fell and hurt herself and they were reluctant to help her or mop up her spilled drink. I normally love this place but we won't be back for awhile! read more

Well this was a colossal disappointment. I've been meaning to come to this place for a while and I was so disappointed. First off, I loved the menus. Digital screens, easy to navigate and I love that toppings are added at your request. For me as a picky eater, I hate having to request stuff be taken off. When we came, the restaurant was in decent shape and the staff were really great. They explained the menu and were helpful. My issue here was the food. Both my wife and I got single bacon cheeseburgers and a combo order of fries and onion rings. The fries were fresh, the rings were crispy and well cooked as well. Decent seasoning, but nothing special. The burgers were so mediocre though. The patties were dry, small and typical of any other burger place. The posters all over the place say they serve the top 1% of beef, but I couldn't tell because they were cooked well done. My bacon was also dry and honestly not that flavorful either and the buns were straight up chilly. Instead of branding your logo into the bun, how about toasting the darned things instead?! Honestly I just don't know why anyone would come here? Oh, and the cost? $30 for two burgers, two drinks and sharing an order of fries/rings? No thank you. read more

BurgerFi is tucked off in that deadly block of Rosemary that seems to eat stores, even the good ones. Parking is pretty much the cityplace garage and you have to be committed to walking over there, so it's not the easy in-out of most BF locations, which may explain why it often is a little under-populated at lunch. On the food side, though, the BurgerFi people have a very winning formula for South Florida: The quality of great ingredients, fresh meat, a great veggie patty for the grasseaters, fresh fries, oversize thick onion rings and custards, etc. Combine that with a nice upscale eatery that doesn't have arches or a crown that serves beer and wine and parents can feel like they're having a decent meal out with the kids, and younger people can feel like it qualifies as a date night. They not only give places like Shake Shack and the smallfry like Shula Burger in the upscale burger game a run for their money, they are the, pun intended, "Burger King" of the market. Each unit is only as good as the people working at it, though. Fortunately for West Palmians this is one of the best-run in the chain. So it's WORTH not motoring down to PDQ or Mickey Ds on Okeechobee. Deduct the six lights and 15 minutes of traffic for the 4-5 min park and walk and get yourself over to BurgerFi. The staff brings your food out by pinpointing the homing beacon given to you when you order. It was very clean and lots of seating is available. The prices are reasonable for what it is. Each burger is made fresh to order and the environmental concept they have is awesome. The tables are compressed recycled wood and the chairs are made from recycled Coke bottles. How neat is that? Not only are they helping the environment, but they serve good food. The menu has natural burgers as well as create-your-own burgers. There are hot dogs, fries, onion rings, drinks, and custards available too. A bunch of different toppings for whatever your heart desires. The breakfast all day burger was very tempting, but I settled for the double burger with the BurgerFi sauce and a side of fries. It was alright and I couldn't see much difference in the taste of it. I could have probably got the same burger at a local fast food joint. The fries filled me up so quickly that I had to throw away half of them since it was so much. The Coke freestyle machine is one of my favorites anywhere I go since I can choose from a bunch of different flavors for my thirsty taste buds.
