So good. The onion rings are da bomb! I prefer their thick cut rings to those super thing rings you get elsewhere. I like to taste onion. Burgers are the best. Shake Shack is my favorite and BurgerFi comes darn close. The real gem is the people. One day we were eating out on the covered patio and a storm came up. My wife had to push me in my wheelchair and one of the young women who works there helped out by bringing our belongings out to the car so we could beat the rain. Very helpful! That's why Ed keep going back again & again. read more

New location for burgers at St. Johns Town Center. Overall good burger and excellent french fries. They also have Coca Cola freestyle machines. But both machines were empty on a lot of different types of soda. Parking can be a challenge. Lots of stores in the area and other restaurants can make it a bit of a challenge to find a parking space. Cute outside area where they do have water bowls for pets. I really like their fries. But first time they messed up the order. Ordered the salt and vinegar but they prepared something else. Quickly corrected. But these fries could have used a bit more vinegar. Overall, this is a good burger place and will likely improve over time. read more

Ive only ordered to go most times but the inside and outside dining seems so nice! Very open but lots of space to sit! Their burgers are so good! I havent tried every burger but i had friends try the others and they said that they are delicious!! The fries are really good too! Anytime we come in to grab out order, the cashiers are very nice and will always make sure you have everything you need and give great conversation if it isn't busy! Love Burgerfi and will always go to them for my burger needs! read more

I decided to give BurgerFi a shot because I had a local flavor deal. I didn't have incredibly high expectations since I hadn't found a great burger place in Jacksonville. The atmosphere almost reminded me of a chipotle. It is a little industrial but comfortable enough. The restaurant was pretty clean and the space was utilized well. The menu had limited options and you can also create your own. I chose to create my own. I chose a double with the BurgerFi sauce, grilled onions, lettuce, pickle and white cheddar. It was amazing!! The burger was juicy and flavorful without being greasy. We also shared the cry and fry. It is a mix of fries and onion rings. We got our fries with the parmesan and herb topping. They were fantastic. It wasn't some nasty sauce it was real Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs. It tasted great. The onion rings are out of this world and I loved them!! They were some of the best I have had. They also have beer, wine, soda, lemonade and custard. I was so full we didn't finish our shared fries so we didn't try the custard. Definitely try BurgerFi. It's great!!! The only reason I am knocking off one star is I do feel they are overpriced and the employees weren't very welcoming and two were having a public fight and couldn't put it aside to help. read more

Best burger ever? No. Comparable to Shake shake? Ehhhhh. But still very good especially for a fast casual restaurant. Burger patties have great flavor. I'm a fan of their fries, always crispy. Definitely way better than M Shack. ps. I'm from Cali, so In-N-Out will always win. read more

Sooooo - I'm biased anyway, but I actually had a really good experience that just continues my love for burgerfi. Since the restaurant literally just opened I thought it would be chaotic and messy (like when the Gainesville one opened), but honestly they were so friendly and calm that it went really well. Per usual I got the BAD burger and it was just as awesome as I remember! I'll be back... again and again... read more

My husband has been raving about the French fries at BurgerFi. He kept telling me they're the best so we went for lunch. Our fries tasted a bit stale even though there were a good bit of people present for lunch. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it's pretty bland. He had no complaints about his burger. Overall, it's fine, just not the best. I would say it's more of a serve yourself type place so can't comment much on service. read more

Y'all listen listen!! I thought I knew what a burger was lol ! This place is sooo damn good! Ok let's talk about this. The restaurant is not fancy but it's nice a cool hang out type place ( This is not fast food) The building is nice, spacious, cool decor, always clean and omghee I love their choice in music!! The employees are pleasant, patience and welcoming! I remember my first visit and there so many choices I got nervous but the cashier was so nice and helpful I didn't even feel bad for holding up the line a bit!! Okay so you walk up and order and pay, they give you a buzzer and you sit and wait until your food is ready or go get your drink. They have those fancy pop machines where it's touch screen and you press the drink and then you gives you top secret flavors that you probably didn't know existed ‍. When I tell you they not skimpy on the food they is not skimpy on the food. I always get the Burger Fi cheese burger guess whaaaat it comes as a double!! I like my onions sautéed it's amazing and they have this burger fi sauce yes ...yes ...give me an IV and don't get me started on the fries, they will make you think you are having an out of body experience because they the right amount of "natural" right about of fried, greasy and amazing essence. I hope if you have had it or plan on having it you have just as an amazing experience read more

A Saturday afternoon outing to the Town Center and we chose BurgerFI to fuel up for Christmas shopping. We chose the VegiFy and Beyond Burger entrees and one side of Cry & Fry (3 massive onion rings along with French fries). We hydrated with water and a Coke. I love the option to substitute your burger bun with lettuce (additional.50). However, this option almost forces you to use knife and fork with your burger. The "burgers" were ok and definitely filling. The fry combo was enough to split. Our party of two left feeling satisfied. As far as timeliness, after standing in line to order and then placing our order, we received items within 15 minutes. BurgerFI is a serve yourself condiments and beverages style joint . We sat outdoors on the patio, caught a little off guard by cigarette smoke and pets.... But, overall the food was yum and company the BEST. read more

This is a great burger place. I love bacon and their bacon is really crisp and delicious but half way through my burger I removed the bacon just so I could savor the taste of the burger. This has never happened in my life ever. The meat on these burgers are that good. My wife and I agreed that eating a burger here is a better experience than eating steaks in some steakhouses. The family sized fries was large enough for a family of 5. The onion rings are huge, crispy and full of flavor. I highly recommend them. The onion rings were still crispy a few hours later while being enjoyed as leftovers. They have the coke dispenser that allows the kids to have all different types of coke products which is always fun for them. A few employees were constantly cleaning and everyone was very friendly. Great lunch. read more

The food and service were both excellent! The employees made us feel like family so we'll definitely be back!

The burger was good and so were the fries. The service was also very good and the staff was polite and professional. The only problem is with the pricing and the auto tip when you have to clean up your dish. read more

New burger restaurant at TownCenter that is packing good crowds. I am not sure I can properly evaluate it because the crowds were so large when we went. However we did try: Breakfast All Day (topped with a fried egg) Build Your Own Burger Fries with Parmesan and salt Onion rings (the size of an onion) Red Velvet milkshake Black and White milkshake Getting a table was a free-for-all with me gaining a new respect for how fearless soccer moms can be when they want something. This took away a bit from the experience, as an older couple kept stalking our table when we were only half done with our food. Ouch, they were food creepsters, at one point I thought they were going to pilfer an onion ring. Food was really good and contented cherubic faces filled our table. My son noted the fries were rolled in Parmesan instead of sprinkled on top. He was a huge fan, as were my daughters with the onion rings (keep eating them girls, to ward of potential boyfriends). The table thing was a bit much but as crowds become more manageable, so will the seating. read more

We are quarantined but Thank God they are open!! I have been craving a burger....a good burger so I ordered online and picked it up and never been more satisfied! Cheeseburgers cooked to perfection, juicy, flavorful, and that bread. That potato bun is where it is at! And those hand cut fries are also delicious! They didn't have my favorite strawberry shake available but they have wonderful custard shakes as well. This is the place to go for a good quality burger. And my sincere apologies for my first review. The burger was just too salty and overcooked. read more

The Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger was good, but not exceptional. It's basically overpriced fast food ‍ I thought $4.49 for an order of fries was excessive. And, $5.99 for a small Blue Moon draft. No table service. You order at the counter and get your own soft drinks, etc. read more

I recommend getting food here in-person as it can get cold quickly if you order to go. Anyway, their burgers are very delicious! You can order from the kiosk for efficiency. Will plan to try their shakes sometime. read more

I live near this location but always go to Riverside which I love. Their food and customer service are always great. I decided to try this location and quickly understood why I go to the other location. 1. It's so grungy and dirty. The floor was sticky and nasty. 2. We stood in line and was never greeted. The person in front of us placed his order and that was pretty much it. No one even attempted to help us. As we walked out I noticed the staff looking at us with a look as if they didn't understand why we were leaving. I even took a pic of them looking at us. I won't post it here and only send it to corporate. I will never go back here. I'll continue to support the riverside location weekly as they treat their customers like they are truly valued. And their restaurant is clean. read more

I was in need of a fresh Bad for me burger so I knew that burgerfi would deliver. I haven't ever been to this location but was impressed with the cleanliness of it. Everything looks very nice and orderly. You can actually bring your dog here outside in the patio area which is covered. Nice touch. I have the CEO burger which was a double patty with bacon jelly and a aioli sauce with some other things thrown on there. I added tomato and sautéed onions. Hands-down amazing. Now I am very glad that I got to napkin before I left. I got it togo . It definitely was a messy burger. Just because it has the wrapping on the outside doesn't mean that sauce won't drip to the paper. They don't have a very busy menu which I like. Means everything is very thought out. I can't wait to bring my husband here. read more

JC (manager on duty) was awesome! I called ahead and the phone wasnt picking up the conversation. I made sure to note to him how I was apologetic if my tone wasnt kind I just wanted to make sure he could hear me while I used my car connection. He was so kind and told me not to worry. He made sure my food was hot and ready when I arrived. I really appreciate him taking the time to make sure my experience was a great one. I will 100% be coming back not just for the food but the great customer experience. read more

Always great service and good food. Love the consistent hours too sun-sat 11am-10pm. Kat always goes above and beyond.

While I understand they were probably busier than usual (National Cheeseburger Day), there was 1) zero communication between the staff and patrons to let us know what the hold up was and 2) since we ordered on the app where it forces you to pay ahead, we couldn't just decide to go elsewhere. It should never take 40 mins to get 2 burgers and an order of fries. Never. It was our first time using the app to order ahead. We arrived a few mins before our pick-up time and ended up waiting another 40 mins before our order was ready. The staff seemed overwhelmed. They didn't any updates on the lengthy delay and didn't offer anything (at least a drink while we wait ‍), so we were basically stuck there, amongst the crowd and in our masks since we had to pay ahead. I certainly would've left and picked up food elsewhere had I not been tied to the transaction before I walked in the door. It was immediately obvious no one had a clue what was going on (staff and customers). Disappointed since I've never had anything but great service in my visits in the past. read more

A favorite burger spot in Jax. First of all you can't go wrong with anything on the menu but if you are vegan or vegetarian their beyond burgers is the bomb.com my husband and I do a fast every January and we only eat a strict vegan diet it's nice to have a option at a burger restaurant that caters to everyone. My kids also love the burgers and recently they added chicken tenders so that's a bonus right there. Try their urban fries, they are so delicious but I will say try and eat there when it opens sometimes taking the fries to go they tend to get to soggy. I wish they would make them more crisp. Also the truffle fries are my favorite I just love truffle anything! We come here at least once a month and Tuesday's kids get a free meal with adult purchase so that's always nice because eating out with kids can add up we all know. read more

We enjoyed eating here, the burgers are really fresh and taste... Un-processed. They tasted home made. I get full very easily, so only one single burger and an order of fries was enough for me, but I DO believe that the prices are a little bit steep for the proportion that you get. Cheese is an extra $1 to add, which I think it should be free. We ended up getting salt & vinegar on the fries, which they put malt vinegar on them... It's not like a seasoning salt like B-Dubs. Their frozen custard was super good! Anyways, It may be a little bit more expensive but as I always say, you do get what you pay for. I'd like to add, they DO do military discounts. It took $2.50 off of our total! Very happy about that! read more

Absolutely love to come here! Only reason for not scoring 5 stars is the slower than normal ordering process. The burgers are juicy! Did I say juicy? I am dripping. The onion rings are like this hidden naughty pleasure. Crunchy, sweet and delicious. Wash it down with a brew on tap. I get the Namaste. Alternative yoga :). I don't usually leave reviews but this was terrible! I got a single cheeseburger and just looked at the patty it did not look fresh it had no taste and wasn't even hot. The fries weren't fresh either I placed a to go order and 10 mins later it was already ready, the place had several customers sitting down so needless to say it was pre cooked or something. Even the soda had an odd taste to it, very disappointed with this establishment read more
