Cute little diner looking building. Waitress was friendly. Ordered poutine which was awesome and large enough for 2 or 3 people. Perfect balance of flavor in gravy and fries good also. For years I've been going to burger world, both locations, and loved the food and the service. This weekend has changed my opinion. The staff was rude, short and unfriendly. The so called manager gave me a blank look while I spoke to him and was unhelpful. My food was good but my husband's food was terrible. He didn't finish it and when we spoke to the waitress she said it said, 'its like that on the menu,' and left the terrible food on the table and walked away. This is the second bad experience I've had here this past week. I'm going to go back to the Hammond location. At least there they are friendly and the food is fantastic. read more

I remember this place years ago and it was awesome. We ordered from here Saturday Night and it was a horrible experience. The driver couldnt find our side of the building. Then he let his kid , who was with him, play with the buttons while we were trying to buzz him in. He did apologize for that and I understand sometimes it is bring your child to work day but keep him away from the buttons. The food was ice cold and my poutine was mushed all to one side of the box. We had to microwave everything, burgers and all. I would normally have sent this back but we were hungry. I did go to the website but there was no email address and no social media icons in order to send them a message. i didnt feel like talking to a kid on the phone so left it. I hope the owners see this and it doesnt happen to anyone else. BTW we are not far from Burger World at all and there is no way our food should have been cold. read more

Best fries in town. Best pogo in town. We go here to pick up a family pack of fries even when we get food from elsewhere. The pogo looks overcooked but it's just perfect. Good family restaurant. I always appreciate a place where I can get a good pint while my son enjoys a good burger. I'm not a fan of their burger but I love their poutine. read more

I've lived here in North Bay for 19 years (my whole life). I grew up going for breakfast at Burger World, lunch and dinner. No matter what time of day, their food is always delicious. The staff are always friendly, and always making sure you enjoy your meal. My go to choice of food is their poutine and pogo! The fries are the best I have ever had, and their pogo is deep fried with their fresh batter. The food here is very affordable and always family friendly. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. I would recommend Burger World to anybody! read more

Good food anytime off day you eat at either location. Some restaurants do not achieve this level of appetizing food in the North Bay Area even the chain restaurants. Love their breakfast menu. Always fresh food served by friendly polite knowledgeable staff. read more

I prefer the joint on Hammond though it is a bit closer quarters. 3 friends ate at BW Alq last week and contacted the Health Unit after they all got dizzy, had hot flashes and reported feeling 'euphoric'. All 3 ate the same meal. Upon investigation it was reported back to them that their food may have come into contact with a cleaning solution. My mother also became ill after eating there last month - though we continue to eat there almost weekly. I think it's time to switch to Hammond. read more

I ordered bacon cheese burger combo price was not bad for a combo but $7.00 for delivery was a bit much I couldn't drive there myself but my transport truck was in for repairs. I got more food at five guys burger and fries then what burger world offers food was not bad and price also 10.83 for the combo with 2 drinks but 7 bucks for delivery charge was a bit much 1st time getting food from them and it will be the last time. read more
