Loved this find! We got there right at 11:00 and had to wait a couple of minutes for them to unlock the door. But once we got inside, everyone was friendly and the food came out quick. It's a very limited menu, just a few types of burgers, fries and shakes. The burgers were fantastic and the fries were even better. Might have given five stars but the bathroom had no paper towels, and they don't have napkins available on the counter either. Overall a great experience and we will be back.

I stopped in for a couple of take out burgers. First: the burger was ok. Not fantastic but better than average. Second: the fries were very good. Third: slow slow slow service. Took a LONG time to get my food. One customer who was waiting before me actually fell asleep waiting for hers. Fourth: it wasn't spotlessly clean (is that the warehouse vibe?) and the drink dispenser was half out of order.

The burger arrived at my table scorching hot, right off the grill; the melted American cheese was almost bubbling on the toasted bun. This was the makings of a great burger. But after a couple of bites came a giant let down: the meat was lacking flavor, as if there was no seasoning at all. That melted cheese and the sear on the meat made up for a lot of shortcomings. The biggest disappointment came from the fries. They looked and tasted like they came from the freezer at Brookshires. The lackluster fries seem to be a common complaint in these reviews of Burger Warehouse.

5150 with bacon, jalapeño and cheese on lettuce

We loved everything we tried. My husband had the 5150 burger with cheese, bacon and jalapeños, lettuce wrapped and my dad had the 5150 and fries and I had the mushroom burger- can you just say the food was excellent. Best burger we have found so far in the Tyler area so far. The staff was so friendly and helpful, answered all our questions, some more than once. Were very kind to my dad who is very hard of hearing, spoke directly to him and slowly so he could read lips. Basic decor inside, but everything was very clean and well kept. We will be back! Oh, and the yummiest ice cream selection as well!

Good service good food and not that long of a wait good burgers after a long day they have ice cream too

This is my ideal burger. I thought they used to do a fried egg on it , I hope they bring that back.

Five stars for food; two for experience. Burgers are outstanding, fries are perfectly crispy outside with a tender center. Atmosphere is extremely basic, as is the menu, which can be overlooked. It wasn't busy when we arrived; and staff may have actually been taking a nap. Tables and chairs were dirty and remained that way throughout our stay. It took a minute to find a place to sit... so much for "sanitizing". May give them a second chance one day...then all bets are off. read more

Burger was flavorful and delicious! Patty was slightly crispy and bacon was crispy too-just the way I like it. Fries were perfection-crispy exterior soft interior. And the soft drinks were awesome. Like definitely carbonated and flavorful. I have having a great meal and my soft drink is flat. So that's why I mention this. Staff was friendly as well. read more

We've been by this place multiple times but never stopped in. Hearing about the burgers and shakes from a friend we decided to have lunch here on a Saturday afternoon and HOLY COW WILL WE BE BACK!! The place is still being worked on but it does not hinder the experience! The lady who took or order knew about the small menu and was able to give fantastic recommendations. I had the Apache burger while my partner had the green Chile burger. The Apache was excellent and very flavorful and the Chile burger was amazing! Most Chile burgers lose their flavor because of how the peppers are prepared but they kept the peppers flavorful and distinctive in the burger. Not greasy like most burger joints. We split some fries but I will have my own next time as these paired with the 3 ketchups were delicious! We had a strawberry shake as well and it was the perfect sweetness to go with everything. We left very satisfied and like I said before, WE WILL BE BACK! Can't wait to see what else this place has to offer! read more

Omg!!! Burger Warehouse has the best burger in town!!!!! I visited here today based on reading all the yelp reviews of how great a place this was! Even though it is not close to my home I made the trek to find out if all the reviews were correct and they are! After eating my delicious meal I am wondering why this place was not packed out with people! ( It could have been the time of day I went)Fellow Tylerites... let's get the word out about this place!! If you haven't tried it you are missing out! The fries are delicious... crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and my chocolate shake was over the moon delicious!!! With such good reviews, I was excited to try it. I went on a Saturday at around 6:00 and I got discouraged because it was kind of a ghost town and I thought maybe it went downhill or something BUT NOPE! I had the Southwest burger and it was soooooo delicious! I even purchased another one to go on my way out because I was so excited for my husband to try it too. I've complained over and over there are no good burger places in Tyler so I am so happy I've discovered this place. read more

Burgers fantastic! Perfect fries. 5 burgers,4 fries, 4 drinks. Add cheese here bacon there. 65.00. Had to buy a regular sized burger for my 4 year old. NO KIDS MENU. That's why I had to give it a 4. What about the kids? Burgers are huge, lots of good hot fries also. You won't leave hungry. We will be back. Let's work on a kids burger please! read more

This was an awesome find in Tyler. Burger Warehouse has a very small menu which allows them to nearly perfect it. It was a great family place as well. While there is no actual children's menu they cut my girls burger in half and brought them out on separate plates. The 5150 was amazing! This burger was very juicy and great flavor. My husband had the Apache and was presently surprised by the flavor and spice. The wasabi ketchup was also very good with lots of flavor to go well with the crunchy fries. We will definitely be visiting this place again soon! read more

I got their Southwest burger, way too greasy, grease just dripping off of it. Husband got the warehouse burger said it was okay. Burger itself didn't have much flavor to it. Fries were very good. read more

My husband and I ate here today and had the best burger ever. We found it by accident in the Green Acres Shopping Center. The place is nice and casual with lots of seating. Very short menu with burgers, fries and shakes only. You need to be a burger lover to come here. Everything is very fresh and burgers are large. We will be back. read more

Burger Warehouse was very good. We all 3 tried a different one. All of them were very tasty and fresh even had owner/manager check on us. We all enjoyed the mushroom burger the best. We tried the 5150 as on the menu, add cheddar cheese next time. The 5150 was very flavorful.Southwest burger was very good. read more

We stopped in at 3:00 in the afternoon. I had the Apache burger with regular mayonnaise and it was an awesome burger. Very big and very tasteful. My wife had the Mushroom Burger and she said it was good but not great. Said next time she would get a regular burger. The fries were good. We decide on the quality of a restaurant on whether or not we will come back. And we will definitely come back here. Only thing they sell is burgers, fries and ice cream. And of course drinks. read more

I have 4 teenagers who will eat most anything. We tried Burger Warehouse based on the many positive reviews. You order at a counter and the menu is limited to just a few burger options with 1 side option of fries. All items are ordered separately so it's very easy to spend $12-13 on a burger, fries and drink. The service we had was good, the burgers however, wrapped in paper like a Whataburger, arrived on a platter with a small portion of fries. The fries were very plain battered fries and some were cold in the middle. We each tried different burgers, but we all agreed the patty was not seasoned well and the additions were minimal. 2 of my teenagers did not finish their burger and 2 didn't like the fries. They are not picky eaters. My burger had little flavour and I could not finish the fries after biting into 2 cold ones. The optional ketchup choices were also not desirable by my crew. I had high hopes this would be a new go to burger place for my family but the limited menu options and hefty prices for subpar food will keep us from returning. read more

We looked up this place on yelp and it had great reviews so we decided to give it a shot. There was absolutely zero customers inside and looked like they were still in the process of opening the restaurant. We were a little confused but they were open. They didn't have a veggie burger. It's 2018 every burger place needs a veggie burger. So I just tried the fries. They were pretty solid, they had a nice crisp taste. My boyfriend had the Apache burger and gave it an 8.5 of 10. It also was fairly pricey. read more

Burger Warehouse The Mrs and I were cruising Tyler looking for the post office when our hunger pains became too strong to ignore. After a back and forth about what we wanted to eat, we settled on having a burger, but we wanted to try a place we wouldn't find near home. Yelp led us to the Burger Warehouse. Nice, clean, not crowded and very welcoming. The girl with the flame red hair greeted us and could tell it was our first time there. So after a quick review of their fare, we ordered the Warehouse burger and the mushroom burger, along with an order of fries and a couple shakes. Didn't have to wait long. Once we bit into our burgers we were convinced we came to the right place. Flavorful burgers, fries made just right, and the shakes were made from Bluebell ice cream. And they came with pinky-finger thick straws. We are full and very satisfied with the food, the service and the simple ambiance of the place. The food wasn't cheap, but not expensive. And it was good quality. We'll visit this place again next time we're in Tyler! read more

If, however, you are looking for truly top-notch burgers and cheeseburgers (with a very few variations) that are as good as they get then, by all means, DO NOT WALK BY Burger Warehouse - come on in and enjoy the deliciousness of what the kitchen churns out. When you have a craving for a really, really good hamburger this is the only place that should come to mind. Perfectly cooked patties that are juicy and seasoned to perfection! The vegetables and condiments are evenly distributed across the patty and they both go to the edge of the bun. This is the way a burger is supposed to be!!! read more

Jucy's Hamburgers got their start in Longview and eventually came to Tyler. The 5th Street location is the OG of Tyler and has been slinging burgers for as long as I can remember. I have quite a few memories of their location on Old Jacksonville, but upon revisiting Tyler, I had to stop at the 5th Street location. Upon walking in, it has been remodeled quite a bit making it a little more modern and similar in style to the other locations in Tyler. You order at the counter where you can get your burgers, sides, and more before getting a buzzer for when your food is ready. As they cook your burger (or whatever you ordered), you are free to get your free cup of their incredible beans. I took a picture of my girlfriend with her beans to send to my parents, that's how culturally important it is to us. That's course one. 10 minutes later, your buzzer rings and you're given a tray with a glorious burger and whatever delectable sides you decided to grab. Their onion rings are always a must. This time around, at the suggestion of my girlfriend, I also got an order of their Fried Green Tomatoes. Something I have never ordered before, but really enjoyed. It's greasy, it's deep fried, and it's incredible. The burger is as good as I remember. That's course two. As you sit there, trying to decide if housing that burger and cruising through all those onion rings was a good idea, you decide to get another cup of beans for dessert. The bacon inside them is subtle but always appreciated. They have a little heat and a little sweetness. They're a true delight and one of the best individual items you can get at any establishment in East Texas. That's course three. The 5th Street location is still as good as ever. There is just a consistent quality about their food that other places in Tyler lack. But if I had to pick just one, I'd give the nod to the butter cake as it is a unique taste experience. In addition to the great food, our waiter, Matt R, was outstanding. He was attentive to our needs and pacing of the meal. His advice and descriptions of dishes, when asked, were spot on and very helpful. His attentiveness contributed to an overall exceptional experience. Although it has no effect on the food and the service, the original art deco decor makes for an interesting, special setting. I should also add that the prices were reasonable for the quality of the food and service. I can't say that Prime 102 is the best restaurant in Tyler, but only because we haven't been to any other high end restaurant there. But it's hard to imagine any better. If it were in New Orleans, it would be in our regular dining rotation. We're planning to visit family in Tyler annually. And dinner at Prime 102 will be a mandatory event.

The store wasn't overly busy as I saw only 1 other dine-in customer the entire time I was there. There were several employees just standing around joking. Eventually, I went up to the counter to ask about the status of my food and I was told they gave it away to another customer by mistake and would have to remake it. I was on my lunch break and was running out of time so I asked the employees if they could be quick. As I was standing by the counter, I looked into the kitchen and saw multiple employees pointing to the grill and laughing at something that was being cooked. I then saw one of these employees gesture toward me and say in a sinister voice, "This is fixing to be the most juiciest, tastiest burger he's ever had.. we're making it with love". James took our order today and gave us an excellent recommendation of the 5150. The fries were excellently cooked and their milkshakes shaken to an awesome consistency. We will be back next month or so to see how much the atmosphere can improve as now it's just wood and metal, just begging to have some character carved into the tables and walls. Figuratively, or, y'know, whatever. On the whole we will return and enjoy the food! read more

Really good burgers & hand cut fries. The chicken tenders seem hand battered, not frozen. Only complaint is the cream gravy wasn't the best. But everything else was really good. Nice veggie bar to top off your burger, and free pinto beans while you wait for your cooked-to-order food. They have chicken fried steak and catfish too. I'll try that next time. read more

Warehouse Burger - best burger I've had in Tyler in many years. Tomatoes were good and ripe, lettuce and mustard were in good proportions. Can't speak to the onions since I cut those. Ordered fries well done - and they were! Really really good, will certainly be back! read more
