Char broiled...this place has a certain taste. I can't even pinpoint it's goodness. ..I have traveled far and wide, and know that BS favor. I've found my new burger place! Extremely filling and when I ask for a jalapeño burger, I GET A JALAPEÑO BURGER! Prices are great for the amount of food you get and the shakes are the BEST! There's really no service to talk about except that they are pretty quick to bring food out. Ive been there several times and I recommend to family and friends. I was one who used to enjoy the older ma and pa Burger joint. Always friendly service and the portions were plentiful. Now, that is not the case. The food today was far from pleasant and the people running (or lack there of) the store were even worse... if my kids were not present I would have easily put that not so little girl with attitude in her place. What a joke! You lost customers that have supported your business for years. Because of moral convictions, I seriously have a hard time going to a restaurant that constantly displays in their window signs that say "cook wanted" and "waitress wanted". This tells me that management is not treating their staff well and that cooks and waitresses are leaving on a frequent basis. We should ask ourselves "Why is this so?" If staff is being improperly treated, why would we want to eat at an establishment such as this? This has kept me away from eating at Burger Stop in Twin Falls for many years even though I pass by this restaurant on a daily basis. What can the owner do to make the cook and the waitresses want to stay for a longer duration? What is management doing to drive them away? I don't know, but this has always been a concern for me when I am constantly seeing those "Cook Wanted" and "Waitress Wanted" signs being so prominently displayed in the front window. I really, truly love this place. Their burgers are so huge and delicious and their tots are crispy and yummy. I always get the western burger that comes with an onion ring and bacon on it. The bacon is always cooked well, the onion ring is always nice and crispy. I've only had a shake once, but it was so much better than anything you'll get at Arctic Circle. This is one of the "diamonds in the rough" I always recommend to people who have recently moved to Twin. read more

Used to love this place ..... the onion rings filled a paper bag, and oh, that Pastrami Sandwich - piled high on a long roll with pickles and mustard !!!! - What happened? You now pay a fortune for 5 lousy rings, and they've done away with the pastrami .. unless you want it on a burger. (no thank you..). Management really needs to realize you can't fart around with the menu and expect to maintain loyal returning customers. Burgers are still good, but methinks the beef has shrunk a little.... I had a Bacon Cheese Burger, Fries and Strawberry Shake. I was disappointed with the thinness of the burger, being so thin you won't get a juicy burger and it was very sloppy with the amount of condiments they put on it. The bacon was decent. They have good burgers. I usually get their pastrami burger which I really enjoy. I haven't tried any of their other meals. Service is mediocre and it is a little pricey for a burger and fries. However, overall it is worth it. read more

It was terrible. I had a hawaiian burger the bun was burnt which made the whole thing taste gross, my friend had the chili burger said it taste liked it was from the bottom of the pan the day before. i ordered onion rings too, got 6 onion rings for $3 that was outrageous. I am visiting family in Twin Falls and I had a craving for a good juicy burger. I told my brother I wanted the "real deal" not something from a chain drive thru place so he suggested a couple of places admitting that he wasn't sure of either. We phoned the order in and the woman taking the order was as pleasant as could be. Bacon cheese burgers, hold the sauce and a large order of onion rings. I can't find the words to say how disappointed I was. The burger was huge because it was piled high with shredded lettuce and tomato. The bacon was really good but the burger was obviously a frozen patty and not more than an eighth of an inch thick. There was no juice to that burger. It resembled a piece of rubber. The bun was soggy even without condiments. It was disgusting and really disappointing. Especially for the price. I ate the bacon and threw the rest away. The onion rings were tasteless I don't know how else to describe it except for just plain no flavor at all. Based on other reviews I would think we went there on an off night. But the burger patties were obviously not fresh so I can only assume that the freezer is full of frozen thin pressed meat and that's the norm. read more
