Mixed feelings on this BK. I've worked for the BK on East Paris, so this is coming from a former employee's perspective. There is no reason I should have to wait 10 minutes for a burger that takes 2 minutes to cook to be in my mouth. Yes, that's very American and lazy, but when I'm in a rush on my lunch break I need something nasty and fast. When I worked kitchen, I could slap together a Whopper in about 45 seconds, and still serve something that looked edible. Usually by the time my burger comes out, the fries are cold and bland. I know I could spend $8 and go to Red Robin's, but if I go to fast food, I do expect it to in fact be fast. That's why it makes me feel terrible that I'm only giving this place 3 stars, because I have never had a truly bad experience. It's just been consistently mediocre. I once got in line for the drive thru just to get a single stacker and a cup of water, and waited nearly 15 minutes. There were only two cars in front of me. The only plus is that the people who work here are really cool. When my boyfriend worked third shift, I would drop him off at BK where he would chill and just drink iced coffee for 3 hours before his shift started. They were fine with him waiting around, and actually gave him free food on occasion when they made something incorrectly. Can't complain there. That's what bumped this up from 2 to 3. I would recommend just waiting in the lobby where you can at least enjoy the A/C and a couple of free refills before your food comes up. read more

I've heard terrible things about this store but I decided to visit since my order was small and I work 5 mins away. worst decision ever. there were young kids outside smoking and dancing which is fine but that caused my 2 item order to take 20 mins. when I asked why the wait I was rudely ignored by a young woman with colorful hair. I couldn't believe I was being treated that way due to their mistake. I got my food and decided to contact corporate. people spend their hard earned money in an establishment and should be treated with respect. This is the very worst Burger King I have ever been to. I have not had a single good experience or interaction at this location from any staff member including their management! 1st time I thought they were having an off day. Went back another time( that was a mistake) no manager on duty after they messed up the order multiple times again. Hubby insisted we try 1 more time and today was even worse. These people me are lazy and absolutely do not care. If that's not the case they must be having some messed up contest of how many people they can screw over consecutively! Went inside and ordered a fairly simple order (2 meals without modifications and one plain sandwich). The woman who took our order (Jordan) spoke too quietly, was very obviously disinterested, and just reeked of an attitude of "Idgaf". Which I am understanding to, fast food jobs are stressful and underpaid. However, when I bring back the chicken sandwich we asked for with just chicken (meaning no lettuce or mayo) that was made regularly and she tries to say we never said it, right in front of me, while glaring daggers at me, I was not impressed. If you don't like your job, find a different one. No one is forcing you to work here, so treating people like that is unacceptable. No wonder fast food order taking jobs are being taken over by technology. I won't be returning to any BKs any time soon. Disgusting excuse for service when we were polite and treated that way. I thought I'd try to redeem my app offer for a free small frozen Coke again but failed. This time instead of telling me the online coupon didn't exist, they told me the machine was broken. This is usually code for "it's too hard to clean so we're gonna say it's broken." Edit 11/04/20: GO ELSEWHERE. AT ALL COSTS GO ELSEWHERE! I'm not sure why I gave this location a 2nd chance other than the fact that the location is super convenient. Close to the highway and all but don't be lulled. They will disappoint, I guarantee it. I tried to get a Whopper on "Whopper Wednesday" with an offer on the BK app. After a 10+ minute wait of the incompetent cashier trying to charge this purchase to my gift card she called her manager over so he could watch her not be able to make it work. Luckily there was no one behind me late in the afternoon so I patiently waited for the duo of uselessness attempt to complete my transaction. Eventually they gave up and the "manager" asked if I could pay in cash. WTF? I told them No, demanded my gift card back and informed them that I'd never come back and drove off. What should have happened in this scenario is that this "manager" should have comped my sandwich and apologized for the inconvenience and kept me as a customer. Instead I got blown off, disenfranchised and will never come to this location again while considering crossing all Burger Kings off my list of places to visit permanently. This is not the first bad experience at this location and obviously they don't care because no one has tried contacting me or tried to reconcile these horrible experiences. Burger King employee here. First off, I would like apologize to every customer here who has had an ill experience at my work place. I don't blame you for writing a bad review. I spent at least an hour and a half reading the horrific, yet relatable reviews of poorly taken care of customers. People were saying it's extremely slow and staff are generally toxic and all I can say is "My god! You are so so right," working there has made me, a young student, a miserable and angry person for my first job. It has really discouraged me and made me afraid to take up another job. Especially in fast food. There aren't many places for me to go because I'm under 18 and without a car, but I will definitely get out of that, what I now call, Hell hole. I really hope this Burger King settlement can get it together. We are constantly out of items for restocking that can take weeks to order and deliver, and out of the 3 stores in the area we are ALWAYS in last place. Our service percentage has been at a low 20%-42% constantly which is measly compared to the other store's 63%-80%. I'm still not entirely sure what the percentage means because no one has bothered to tell me but either way, it's bad. Anyways, I'm not saying I'm the perfect employee because I am NOT. One of the reviews that hit hard for me was about an unhappy woman who was constantly asked if she was done with her order and was cut off mid-sentence numerous times. I just admit that I am guilty of doing this. It's very hard to hear over our headsets because they cut out all the time and not one manager is attempting to fix these technical difficulties. That is, however, a poor excuse and I'm working on fixing these habits. However, despite working there for nearly 2 months, I will be leaving in a few weeks. Exams are coming up and my employer has been extremely inconsiderate to my, and others, student and home lives. He/she gives us a very hard time when we need to call in for either sick or family reasons. One weekend I called several times (about 4-5 with no answers) to take Sunday off for various reasons and when the store manager picked up, he/she proceeded to chastise men for not calling in before the schedule was created. Understandable. Although it's partially their fault for not informing me of that when I was hired. I had no idea, I just needed to call in. Well, they told me to find someone myself to switch with and the report back. He/she promptly hung up on me. Later, my co-worker told me that he/she found someone for me and that I didn't need to come in. The STORE MANAGER did not call not email me the arrangements at all when that is their job. It just...baffles me how inconsiderate they can be to both employees and customers. There is so much more I would tell you all but this review has already gone on long enough. Again, I am truly sorry for your inconveniences but that will not make up for the wasted time and hunger you all went through. Please have a good day. :( read more

Burger King 990 44th St Wyoming I paid for a order on the Burger King App. My youngest is a vegan so the impossible whopper was something she would eat. I went to pick the order up and the manager started complaining saying they don't really do online orders and a shake that was one of items order could not be made. I said it was ok to take the shake off the order but she said I will have to contact whoever I made the order from because the burger king app has nothing to do with burger king. Long story short I pull up to the drive through window the manger is goofing around with the employees in the back. At the end of the day her last words to me was she was not giving me my order and was calling the cops on me. I have a video so everyone can judge for themselves how I was treated. The lady was extremely racist by calling the cops even when the items are prepaid for. If any other good black or good white people are reading this don't give this location your money. P.S. Missing items, incorrect items, etc. I went back to claim some items that were left out of my order once just to be ignored for about 5 minutes while I was trying to wave someone down from the drive-through. Most of my family avoids this location if it can be helped due to the history of poor service. read more

Let's start by saying I like Burger Kings food. This location is no exception, the food seems fresh and well put together. I have never dined inside so I can't attest to the service there, unfortunately I have been through the drive- through a few times. Last nights visit prompted me to start a yelp account.As I pulled in I noticed a couple cars in the drive-trough and figured on a moderate wait so just for fun I started the stopwatch on my phone. Love Burger King food, and this BK has a great play area for the kids, which is why I wish it was better kept and staffed. However, this BK seems to really struggle. Very slow service, always dirty tables, bathrooms are not well kept. My kids love to play and eat there, but after I got sick, we did not go back for a couple years. I recently thought, Ok we can try again, maybe some improvements have been made. Yikes! Now I have 2 sick kids. Can't prove it is from there and maybe it is not, but what a coincidence. Mixed reviews...we visit here quite often in the dining room for the playplace, which if not spotless is kept reasonably clean...they aren't super fast getting out food at the counter but there's no problem with the food or service. The drive thru, however, is terrible...more than once I have had extremely long waits, even when there were only a few cars in line (up to as long as 27 min...and trust me if I could have driven away I would have, except that their drive thru has you blocked in by a cement curb)...and when I finally got to the window it took FOUR passing back and forth of the wrong bags to get the correct order out the window...and even then they were missing a sandwich. Obviously they need to clean up their drive thru process. I will say that the manager was friendly enough as she was there to apologize and pass me the food herself, although after that long a wait and that many screwups something more would have been nice, such as a coupon. This is BY FAR and WIDE (and any other measure of distance you can name) the WORST BK I have ever been to. So bad, that I actually am writing a review. Customer service is beyond poor. The manager on duty actually uttered "he can kiss my a$$" in reference to a car in drive through, mind you I was in line with two of my children (1 1/2 and 7). I stood in line for 7 mins for the customer in front of me who was dealing with a cashier who i don't believe know anything about what her job entailed. I had been here (inside) for 23 mins, before i got my food. Once I did get it, I was missing a sandwich. After going to the counter and asking for it, and having to listen to the employees bicker about who gave it to who or who did or didn't make it, I was told it would be remade. 5 mins later it came out. I would STONGLY urge you avoid this Burger King until some changes are made. But, looking at the other reviews from 4+ years, I bet it's a safe bet that it won't be changing anytime soon. read more
