It's possible I've patronized this particular Burger King for the past 30 years. Since it's a chain/franchise, the food is consistent with any other Burger King I've gone to. And that's the point: food-wise, there's no surprises because you already know what to expect. The Whopper has always been the main attraction. The Whopper has been upgraded. Spoiler alert: it was good before and now it is great! Go get one. What sets the Whopper apart from other fast-food burgers starts with it being flame-grilled (yes, it matters); in addition, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle are standard. Who else does that? It reminds me of a burger I would make for myself at home. I am content with Burger King's food; it is fast-food and a nice treat once in a while. As far as this location is concerned: I don't have any complaints. The majority of my visits are drive-thru and generally speaking, the service is fast and the employees are pleasant. My orders have always been correct. I was inside recently and everything looked clean and organized. Hubby went through the drive thru last night. We had coupons for buy 1 get 1 on whoppers. My hubby specified 1 with NO CHEESE, NO PICKLES with extra Ketchup (bc I hate their pickles and I don't like the taste of them when they add their cheese, and there's never enough ketchup). I had to get the Heinz Ketchup from the fridge, because they only put a tiny squirt. I picked the pickles off because they put them on anyway. I only ate half because I can't eat a whole one. Horrible horrible horrible. Wish I could give minus stars. I don't expect miracles when getting fast food but I do expect what I ordered. The guy that took my order wasn't even close to hospitable or even acknowledged my presence. Just came to the register (after I waited 15 minutes) and stared at me, no can I help you or nothing. Ordered no pickles and extra onions for my pregnant wife on a Whopper Jr. Meal and a Number 4 for me. After I ordered, without even looking at me said, "That it?", I barely heard him so I said, "Excuse me?" He bluntly repeated, "That it?" seriously?!? Ordered through door dash. After about 40 minutes and no confirmation the BK had received the order, the door dash app prompted me to call Burger King. I called, no answer. A woman from Burger King called me back a minute later. I explained that I had placed a door dash order and the woman said okay, come through the drive thru and place the order. I explained that I was the customer that placed the order through door dash, she needed to confirm the order than a door dash driver will come pick it up for me. She repeated that I just need to come through the drive thru. At that point, I asked if I could speak to a manager. She said she was the manager......WHAT?! How are you a manager in a fast food chain that signed up for DoorDash and a customer has to explain it to you....hahaha. I've ordered from them through DD in the past with no issues. Ok here goes my review. I had a coupon for the family meal which is two whopper meals and two cheeseburger meals for $12.99. We were in a rush doing errands so we figured okay let's just get this quick. I asked for extra pickles and onions on one of the whoppers, well that didn't happen. It said it on my receipt but nope not on the sandwich. Anyways I can survive I guess but my question is why are the burgers never warm. The fries were delish and very warm but the sandwiches weren't. And they weren't even really crowded so what was the problem? I feel like this is a thing with Burger King. I honestly feel like whenever I get a sandwich from them it isn't hot. Ugh! This burger king is trash it used to be okay but the new teenage workers have absolutely no clue what they are doing !! They don't pay attention at the drive thru so you have to repeat yourself multiple times and they still get orders wrong, the last couple of times the food was horrific I had a long thick hair in my chicken sandwich the first time which i was appalled about so I immediately threw it away. I wasn't completely turned away from that time since it was the first time it happened so i gave them the benefit of a doubt and gave them another chance and I shouldn't have; worst decision of my life this time the girl at the drive thru again was completely out of it and couldn't get it right after the fifth time repeating myself.
