When we arrived, we placed a mobile order and sat down at the table. Several people came in, ordered, and received their food before we did. No big deal, we had a pretty large order for several people. I noticed I had a coupon on my app so my sister went up to order and use the coupon at the self-service kiosk. The kiosk wouldn't take the coupon correctly so she went up to the counter to order instead. Despite still having the coupon pulled up, the woman at the counter refused to take her order or correct the coupon when her machine wouldn't take it either. Her recommendation was that we wait half an hour (???) for the ability to use a different coupon. When we finally got our food, it was lukewarm but tasted very good. We got our second set of fries (that she made us pay full price for because the coupon didn't work!) and they were piping hot. While I liked my food, everyone else in my family disliked theirs and thought it was nasty. There were also no napkins, ketchup, etc. available at all. I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's. It's probably worth it to go up to the one in Pine Bluff rather than stop here, or just a different restaurant entirely.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a Fish Fillet combo with extra pickles and onions ($7.20 + tax). It was the best fish sandwich I have ever gotten from a McDonalds. I don't think I've ever been to a fast food restaurant with such terrible customer service. We didn't get all of our food, so we pulled back around to politely inform them. They even took it to the extent of asking to see our bags, rummaging through them further ruining our food. Once we asked to speak to the manager, she laughed about the subject and started to cuss and insult us. I've never witnessed such unprofessionalism in a public restaurant.
