The cheese fries were way too salty...cheesy and good texture but very heavy handed on the salt. My wife couldn't even eat hers. So for nearly $20 platters they were a let down. The food is always great, but my recent experience with management was extremely disappointing. I had placed a DoorDash order the day before and noticed that a few of my Rangoons were missing. I returned to the restaurant with my receipt simply to have the missing items replaced. Instead of just correcting the order, the manager called over the employee who had packed my food and proceeded to scold her in front of me, blaming her for the mistake. It was incredibly uncomfortable and inappropriate to witness an employee being publicly humiliated over something so minor. As a customer, I should not have been placed in that awkward situation. That conversation should have taken place privately and professionally. What makes this even more disappointing is that the employee corrected my order and demonstrated excellent customer service. I returned to the restaurant again and encountered the same employee, who was once again pleasant and professional. I believe the manager would benefit from additional training in leadership, professionalism, and how to treat employees with respect. Mistakes happen, but publicly embarrassing an employee is not an appropriate way to address them. The food was great, and I appreciate the employee's service. However, the manager's behavior left a negative impression on me as a loyal customer. I hope my future visits are more positive because no employee deserves to be treated that way, especially in front of customers.
