I work within close driving distance of this BK, so the proximity to my work over the last four years has provided several dozen opportunities to try the restaurant and evaluate the staff. While my expectations for any drive through, fast food joint are fairly low - there are few I can say get at least one item wrong on my order approximately 20% of the time. BK food is BK food, but when you order and pay for something - in theory you should get it. While the fries and convenience are a good selling point for me, I would suggest checking your order before leaving the lot. read more

Staff always seems friendly. Seems clean enough, though there were some flies floating around last time I was there that were kind of annoying. Food is fresh, the new satis-fries are actually good. So I hope they keep them up. Other than that, it is a Burger King and is a BK-like experience. read more

Rude manager who lacks basic communication (English) skills. Went through the drive through and the woman on the other end was extremely rude, even though it was only about 9 AM in the morning. Then after I paid, I did not realize she told me to wait at the front of the BK. Since I didn't hear, she rudely yelled at me, and later when I called to complain, she blamed it on her "mask". Total shit show today. Probably short staffed. Drive through line was 12 deep, decided to dine in ..big mistake. 4 or 5 people working on a Sunday (lunch). I'm at the register, guy says I'll be right back and starts helping out with the drive thru. Comes back (not exaggerating) almost 20mins later , takes my order. Gives me my cup, I got to make my drink no ice. Yay. Whatever, the soda is cold. No diet coke. Yikes. Ok..let's try coke zero..pours halfway then stops. At this point im like I'll take it. No lids I go up and ask the worker for ice, he looks and me and says we are out. So I'm like ok, can I have a lid. Walks away. Another employee asks what I needed and I say a lid and ice. He says here o have ice. My order was 46, I get it , cool. Impossible Whopper taste like ass btw. This other customer starts loosing his shit because his order was 40. Now the staff is losing their shit at each other I want to record and scream "Worldstar!". I worked in fast food, so I get it But this all falls on mgmt. I just went through the drive-through and ordered a burger. I asked them to leave the tomatoes off twice, it was called back without tomatoes. I get my bag ($9.90 for a burger and coke/didn't want the bun or fries a little on the expensive side). They got my expensive and simple order wrong. When I went in to as why I have tomatoes when I asked not to twice and it was called back with out them she turned into an absolutely bad person with no people skills. She was rude and acted like the customer was putting her out. I've got an idea, if you don't want me in the store asking why you put freaking tomatoes on my food maybe pay a little attention to the details (especially for 10 buck for a burger w/o a bun and a medium coke). This review is to just get my opinion heard as the employee that could of said sorry didn't. I will not be using any burger king again....ever. It's been multiple times that I've searched up this locations hours to make sure they're open before I drive over. It says they close at 12am most days but there's been several occasions which I drive over long before 12 and they're closed. It says online 12 so if you guys could change that to correlate with your actual store hours that would be great, as it's so inconvenient and misleading. read more

Ugh I give up. It's just a usual BK but in a month, I've come at least five times and I've ended up leaving with nothing three times. First time, they have a 24hour drive through sign. That's a lie, they close at 1am. Second time, at about 10-11pm I came specifically for soft serve because I'm a woman and I get cravings my husband had a serious craving for a milkshake. The ice cream machine is being cleaned, so NO ice cream or shakes at all. I understand needing to clean, but really? They close at 1, I could understand driving in an hour before close and they're cleaning a machine for the night, but it was not that late when I came in. Also, if they do that every day, they should post hours for the shakes/ice cream. Set a time the machine should be cleaned and stick to it, I mean come on, how hard is it to just let everyone know the machine is down during a specific time with a printer sign? Save moody ladies like me from driving in late hours expecting something and not getting it. Third was midnight and we just went grocery shopping for an hour. We are starving and drop by here for a quick bite- nope, the system is down. Kid says it'll be about ten minutes. In our desperation and because we hate McD's and Carl's, we sit in the lot for that time. We drive through again and he says it's still down, and probably won't be back up before they close. We went to Taco Bell instead where there's this nice guy who takes our order and we're in and out within three minutes. Late night bites are much fewer in this area, so I won't be claiming I'll never come back, but we'll be thinking of you as a last resort, BK. read more

Got in line at the drive thru 10 minutes before closing. I waited almost 10 minutes and then as I approached the place to order I was told they were closed. They wouldn't take my order and several cars had to back out of the drive thru. I called to talk to the manager and they hang up on me. Not going back. read more

I live close to this location so I go often. I've gotten forgotten items a few times and have had to wait in the drive thru for a minute but the manager cherry is always super kind and friendly!! Its not surprising the McDonald's just up the road does many times the business as this BK. The restaurant isn't very clean and it seems to be 99% mexican run. The bathrooms need attention, the dryer didn't work and the paper towel dispenser's handle was broken off. They did ad an annoying video menu screen recently though and have a newer touch screen soda machine. Nice touch with the 3 outside tables no one ever uses. read more

Its a burger king! Went around 9 pm, and there was one car ahead of me. Took probably 5 minutes, and I was out with dinner. Great people.

This is the literal worst Burger King I've ever been too!!!! And unfortunately the one closest to my house and my husband refuses to stop going there. If they happen to have all the things required to make the food featured on their menu (more in that in a moment) you can guaran-damn-tee that at least one thing you ordered will be entirely wrong or all together missing. This "restaurant" is so bad that one night I stopped to pick up dinner and they were out of almost everything on their menu!!! Not kidding! They were completely out of chicken, fries, bacon, ice for their soda machine and everything in their fancy has-it-all soda machine except diet sprite, ginger ale and some weird tea thing. I'd love to evaluate the food, but never had a chance to eat it. While at the drive-thru ordering a kid's meal and some chicken tenders, I observed the drive-thru employee reach into a trash can while talking to the manager/supervisor, reaching and looking under a couple of flattened boxes. At this point I eagerly awaited the point where she would go to wash her ungloved hands, however she instead proceeded to grab the kid's meal and reach into the bag containing my chicken tenders and fries. Things like this happen, mistakes and accidents, etc., so while asenine, I was fine just returning everything and getting my money back. Went into the front and told the manager or supervisor what had happened. She literally said nothing except that she didn't need the credit card I was presenting her and went over to the drive-thru register. Didn't ask anything, didn't say anything, just walked over with a huff. At this point another employee even asked if she should cover drive-thru for a second but the manager just shook her head. Came back with the receipt (after refunding the wrong one the first time) and just said, "sorry about that." I walked toward the exit and hung out for a few seconds, nothing was said to the drive-thru employee. I'm no expert, but I'd think that would be a priority, you know, getting that employee with the trash can-tainted hands off for 5 seconds to return herself to health code specs, but apparently not. Drive-thru ticket said Maria D, manager was another latina female, and the nice employee who offered to help correct the issue by asking about the drive-thru was a younger brunette with glasses. Hadn't been to this BK yet, thought about it many times due to convenience, but at least I know how well the employees are trained and what the supervisory staff thinks about correcting a grotesquely obvious difficiency. I got a Diet Coke stead regular the manager he didn't care about it with a bad attitude I have never go back again.

I will not be returning to this place again. I went in today to have lunch between my errands, big mistake! I went in at 2:17 there was no one I mean no one but me in the place when I first got there. I ordered my food and went to find a table, every table in the place was dirty, every single one. So I look over at the manager Wes his tag said, and said can someone please wash a table. So he just stands there, so I go looking maybe there is one in the back that is clean. Nope not a one! So I go back to the front of the restaurant and say loundly can someone please come and clean a table. He looks a bit miffed that I aske again and says just a min. I say my food is getting cold he comes out to wash the tables. He washes the table if you can call it that a bucket of dirty water and a rag and just gets it wet I say can it be dried off, and I turn to go and get some napkins to wipe it off. He takes them from me and dries the table. I expected him to say something along the lines of sorry they are dirty I will get a table ready for you. So sorry for your inconvience. Instead I get, were short staffed two people didn't show up and we have been slammed to which I say. There is no one here, I have been here 10 minutes and there has not been anyone here . Then instead of just cleaning the tables he keeps blaming others, I really don't care why they are not clean I really don't I just expect when asked to clean them you come and clean them with a smile on your face and a sorry about this. NO then under my breath I curse, not proud of it but I do and he comes down one me saying I can't say that its a family restaurant. I say there is no one here and I didn't say it that loud and if he had done his job before I was there. We would not have this issue, he gets loud and rude so I say ok why don't you just give me my money back for my meal and I will leave he would not do so. So I sat down and ate my lunch but I won't be back. This was the dirtiest place I have been in to go and pay to eat. And for that I got treated poorly for expecting them to do their jobs! And by the way when you run a restaurant, Wes you don't get to make an excuse as to why the place is dirty. You have to clean it and apologize when people find it in that state. I am sorry it is your fault that its not clean. Your the manager and its up to you to make sure things are done. Call others in or at the very least when a person comes into and asks for a clean table, should clean it with a smile and an apology for it being dirty to begin with. Without any excuses. I don't want your excuses. From the other reviews of this place I am amazed they are still in Biz. There are a lot of other burger places not far away I will go there instead next time I am craving a cheeseburger, Which by the way was not very good was cold by the time I got to start eating it. read more
