This Burger King at Mound & M59 .... I want you to look at the pictures and see how much oil in my fries box. When I complained to the manager, He Said " You ate all, so what you want Moran" ... and I said do your job .. this oil looks like Motor Oil, I asked the Cashier for Corporate Office and that's when I left after he started Cussing using profane, impolite, and offensive language. He didn't even care about building business because McDonald opened across the street. read more

GM is a pos. every time i am here he has some bull to say to me and harassing me. let me stand there for almost an hour before refusing to make my doordash order i was picking up then refused to answer the phone when doordash support was calling to tell him to make the order. i've been in a GM position, this is not how a store should be ran. he needs to be fired asap. read more

I ordered an Impossible Whopper combo meal with onion rings, and my daughter ordered a Whopper combo meal with fries. We ordered through the drive through, and both employees were polite. Everything in our order was correct, with the exception of my drink. I received a Hi-C fruit punch, instead of the orange. Not a big deal. The Impossible Whopper was the freshest one I've ever had, and my onion rings were made fresh too. My daughter said that her fries and Whopper were very good too. Since we had a drive through order, I cannot speak to the ambience of the restaurant. Overall a positive experience and I would definitely order from there again. read more

The cooks in the back always screw up my order. When I received the Classic Melt the bread wasn't toasted the cheese wasn't melted only thing correct on it was the burger and the topping. Very disappointing and disgusted. Doesn't matter what you chose or do the cooks always do what they want anyway and make the food half assed. Royal Crispy Chicken sandwich ended up being just the chicken and the bun. LITERALLY NOTHING ELSE ON IT! They need to FIRE THOSE COOKS and hire people who ACTUALLY CARE and WILL WORK AND MAKE THE FOOD PROPERLY! When Mom, Dad and I ordered delivery from them. The same exact crap happened with the poor quality of how the food was made and my Mom never ever received any or all of what she ordered. Food from her orders was either never there after being delivered or certain foods items was literally missing. VERY POOR QUALITY AND EXPERIENCE! read more

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. DON'T even try to come here! I had made one order with two separate transactions bc some reason they can only take 2 coupons per transaction. However, as I get handed my food my fries were COLD & were not SALTED. It's like they gave me fries that's been sitting out for a whole day. My fries were soggy and dry. DISGUSTED just by looking at what's in my bag. I ordered 7 fries and simply asked if I could get a side of ranch and they wanted to charge me for each pack of ranch. I ORDERED 7 fries, one box of nuggets and 6 junior whopper and you only can hand out one ranch packet? PATHETIC & CHEAP. DON'T COME HERE. read more

The food was terrible!! Fries old, too salty and hard as a rock, and the whopper tasted like it was sitting there for hours, threw it all out, waste of money!! read more

They require you to use the kiosk to order. That does work when you have a coupon or gift card. I asked 3 times for fresh french fries to be dropped. They told me they were fresh although I was standing there the whole time and never saw them add any under the warmer. The 2 large fries in my order were cold, greasy & over browned. The pop machine in the dining does not work and the tables are not clean. I would have preferred to give zero stars but they did deserve one star for being open. Overall not a good experience. read more

EVERY Sunday, I drop my girlfriend off for work and head to this BK. They like to play the timer game, and make cars wait to order, which I'm used to. But tonight, I waited 12 minutes before angerly driving off, only to see there were no cars in front of me. They guy with long hair at the window just stared at me confused. So I pulled up to the second window and waited, but nobody came....that is until I drove off. That is when I saw the hippie looking guy again making a gesture at me. I'm not saying that I don't understand that it's difficult working with three employees. What I'm saying is; why was nothing said through the speaker? Why do they need to manipulate the service timer to make it appear as if people are being served in a timely manner? That has got to stop. It is used to see if more help is needed. Everytime I go after 9:45pm, I know I'm waiting 3-6 minutes before somebody takes my order. Today was BS. read more

Walked in and stood at the counter for 2 minutes before someone said "I'll be right wth you." Meanwhile they are arguing back and forth about drive through orders. Running orders out to cars, and arguing about who is going to do what. Some older worker comes out from the back and starts asking the others who's drink is in the break room. Literally going from worker to worker asking the same thing. It was like watching Rain Man. After 5 minutes of this and still waiting, I walked out and went to Arby's. read more

Service was quick, they got my correct order and employees were very friendly. Would go back

Asked and paid for a Medium #8 with a diet and got a small #8 with a regular coke. 8:00 pm 1/9/22

I've been to this location a few times and I usually don't have a problem but they forgot my sauce I went back in to get it and it seem to be a bigger deal than it actually was I understand people make mistakes and forget things sometimes but you don't have to be rude when you're the one who made the mistake And my mozzarella sticks were kind a ugly to And they forgot cheese on my whopper read more

I would give one star but the employees were pretty friendly.. i ordered an Impossible Whopper with a medium fry. They made me pull forward and the young man said it was because they were waiting on "fresh fake meat" ... i waited like 15 mins and finally get home and they had given me a chicken sandwich.. cold as hell and fries that weren't even filled , also cold but hey at least i got a few free burnt onion rings at the bottom that looked like they'd been through the fryer more than 5x... yeah i knew this burger king was bad but it's in the plaza of my work and my coworkers get from this location a lot and it seemed trustworthy. not again lol read more

Worst fast food in my area. Low quality Burger King compared to others I have been to.

Honestly, I would have rated this Burger King with a usual A-OK three stars, except that the staff was so cool that they were discussing Captain Jack Harkness of Dr. Who and Torchwood fame when I walked in. That alone has to give them another star. And even if that's not really worthy, the proximity to a popular movie theater for a quick bite before the show helps. The staff was also very friendly to me, but that might have been because I commented on the overall Capt. Jack-ness of the place. And if THAT isn't enough, a groovy picture of The Burger King in Elvis shades should convince you to stop in. read more

Only came to this location once in the morning with my husband to order breakfast. I ordered a French toast meal and didn't get any syrup in the bag..I didn't think it was something I should of had to ask for..so I tried to enjoy my DRY French toast sticks on the road and they also forgot my husbands hash browns with his combo.. I don't remember it taking to long to get our food but I probably won't be back. Wasn't impressed read more

Your employees at the m59& mound store in MI were wonderful dealing with me this morni g even though I wasn't the most patient customer. I found out my wait was because of technical difficulties and even though it meant breakfast was technically over I complained that my special needs son had been waiting for French toast sticks . The manager made the French toast sticks , was patient with my impatience and pulled out his own credit card to purchase !! Please let them know how much I appreciate them and how he helped my son avoid an autism meltdown !! Awesome guy , awesome staff . TY read more

This place is a complete joke! Worse service ever! The employees are disrespectful against each other. They yelling at each other instead of communicating in a much positive manner! The managers are ridiculous! The never take charge! Someone is always yelling at another person! I get that it is fast food I get that. But you should talk in a more professional manner! You just yelled at somebody they are not gonna want to do anything. This place is a joke! And should get shut down! The people here just have nasty attitudes! I came by one time to Order some nuggets and the lady wanted to charge me extra for one sauce. Like I bet you guys never do that in drive thru! Right when other people ask for it. Cause they are smart enough they actually waif until they get to the window to ask!!! This place is nuts read more

Ok, if you're ordering a fish sandwich, you have to order it "fresh" or no telling what you'll get. Literally, I got a sandwich I wouldn't give to a starving dog to eat. That's all I got to say. read more

This is the worst Burger King to ever exist -- they should get a new icee machine cuz it's never working.

Manager actually took my order and forgot an item. She apologized and asked me if I could come back. No, I can't come back. I went to a fast food joint and they expert me to come back when I'm already gone! Double check your orders. This shouldn't happen read more

Wow a 5 piece chicken strip meal in a box that has a total of 22 French fries. Dissapointing now I know why I never go to burger king.

I waited 20 minutes for an order of large fries. There was only about 3 or 4 of us in line, too. I did get free chicken nuggets because of the wait, but the service was terrible no matter what. read more

I went there to pick up.a door dash order. The manager was distracting the employees constantly talking about personal things. After the time expired for my pickup I asked if they started the order after having to get his attention to even acknowledge me standing there. He said he had plenty of time. No rush. I mentioned I didn't realize there was such a thing when it comes to customer experience and service. He said I don't care. I was like you don't care about the customer? He says i don't care about this order. Don't take it. Cancell it. I dont care. I said I could report you and he said I don't care DxxK head. I was like wait what?!?!? I went off and words went back and forth. Then his employees start screaming at me too refusing me the order and yelling for me to leave like straight up animals with no self control. Im like. Call the police!!. He says and I quote...." lock the doors!! Lock this white mother fxxxxr in.!! I proceeded to leave and he followed me to my car still taunting me saying thats what I thought Bxxxh. Wow. Looking back from his slur I realize all of this is because he's honestly prejudice and has no business in a management role dealing with the public. I will keep you updated if he's not fired and the cook on the evening of 1-30-2021. I have never been anything but well recieved as a top dasher for my passion to get their food to their clients hot and as fast as possible. This is a black eye for Burger King. read more

Whopper was good and chicken nuggets were great. Quick food after work or before. Generous with the sauce

This is quite possibly the world's slowest burger king for service. The employees are always polite but the service and quality of the food is awful. The icee machines are always in "defrost mode". Burgers taste old and you have to ask for fresh fries or they will give you fries that have been sitting out for a long time. Pies are always melted and complete mush. read more

Had the unfortunate incident of our car breaking down. Parked it and went inside for a drink to wait for a tow truck. We were the only customers inside so they knew what car we got out of. When the tow truck arrived, I had the displeasure of listening to disrespectful comments from the workers. Won't ever step foot in there again, very disrespectful! !!! read more

i would give this burger king 0 stars if that were an option. they have never gotten my order completely correct -- not once. and any time i go there, no matter the time of day or how busy they are, i end up waiting at least 10 minutes for my food. and half the time my fries are cold or my sandwich is wrong. today my mother got food for the family at the drive thru and ordered a chicken sandwich with no mayo. waited 15 minutes at the drive thru and came home to find mayo on her sandwich -- which she is allergic to. she drove back since we live across the street and the manager ended up telling her that it was HER fault for not checking EVERY sandwich in the bag before she left the restaurant. he checked the order receipt and although it was rang in correctly with no mayo, it wasn't their fault for making the food wrong, he had the nerve to say it was our fault for not checking every one of the 6 sandwiches in our bag. NEVER going to this location again. worst we've ever eaten at and it's never gotten better! read more
