This Burger King is well run, ordering at drive thru or on App is easy and smooth, with very friendly workers and clean restaurant. Better than most locations. I recommend them. read more

Ordered the trio. Got a Chicken fries that you immediately can tell were very old. the sandwhich looks like shit. Just half assed the entire sandwich. Looks like they picked up some lettuce that had dropped and put it on my sandwich. I'm not saying they did. The lettuce just looks like shit. The chicken itself looks old and looks like it's been sitting around for a long time. Just overall the service was shit. They took a long time. I won't be going back. read more

Terrible customer service and the window time was long I sat in that line for over 5 minutes the food was not hot and fresh I won't be coming back a Hispanic lady serviced me in a black uniform and she had a really bad attitude she already seemed frustrated if she was the manager she doesn't deserve that position read more

This location costumer service is horrible they are very rude and they always messing up the order so always check before leaving the drive thru. read more

Everytime I come here I'm waiting for 10-20 min for food . Insane . Most of the time the staff is super rude or act like they couldn't care less to be alive . read more

Ordered two double cheeseburgers. Received two dry overcooked hamburgers with nothing on it. Wouldn't give credit unless I drove to location. Gross food. Oh this was lunch for our special needs grandchild. Had to go and get food elsewhere. McDonald's! Order was correct at McDonald's. read more

Burger King - Proof of incompetence. Proof of theft? Huh they have my money. We didn't get what we ordered. No credit given. - Burgers Near Me - Spring, Texas

Stopped in for my husband to get breakfast and saw they had whoppers available in the AM. Of course I HAF to have one and OMG....it was the BEST one I have had to a LONG time. Fresh, hot, amazing!! Thank you read more

This location isn't an old one. They should do better with cleaning the tables, floors, chairs after guests have left. Several guests were complaining while dining in. We had to ask for napkins to clean tables and were told they were out of napkins in the entire facility. That's a shame. Whoever manages or owns this location needs to get it together. read more

BK only gives coupons for the mistakes, they don't refund your money! Their customer service doesn't do anything, they just ignore, no way to talk to BK to resolve issue- only auto chats that are worthless, then they close complaint. read more

Came here tonight around 7:30? Ordered my food through the mobile app because I like to get rewards and points! also they usually have specials on there. The Hispanic lady with the accent was super sweet. My food took a few minutes but it was worth the wait because it was actually super fresh and hot!! Which I love when getting fast food vs it sitting there tasting cold. Will be back to this location because of service and also food quality! Thank you to the lady through the drive through she was super nice! Wish I would've asked for her name !! read more

It's trash we were in front of people who ordered before us and they got their food first and we waited 23 minutes for fries and chicken fries and a whomper jr terrible place do not recommend read more

The food was amazing and came out quick staff was nice the restaurant was very clean and tidy

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Tried this location 3x's and they are terrible. Very first time the service was horrendously slow for no reason. Second time they got my ordering wrong. The third time one of my sandwiches had hair in it and the manager spoke 0 english. They did replace with a new one but after reporting it to the higher ups on the app, I didn't have physical proof cause the sandwich was already taken that they couldn't do something for me but they would supposedly talk to this location about what happened. It is such a tragedy cause they are a semi new location close by. Avoid this place. read more

One of the worst BKs ive been too. Customer service is horrible and i mean horrible. The wait times are ridiculous. Dont bother with this place. If it makes a difference, i came here on a Sunday evening. read more

I was here 1/20/23 I had to wait 5 minutes before someone could take my order. Then he rushed me through the ordering proce We went back and forth repeating the order until it was correct. Had to then wait 10 minutes behind another car to get to the window to pay, waiting another few minutes to revive the good. What happens next? You guessed it, 2 items I paid for are missing. Didn't even bother to go back! I worked at MCD as a teen, it's not rocket science! Yet they make it so hard. All the time I waisted at BK I could've went across the street to chick fil a, drove in and out their drive through 100x, placed a catering order for 100 people, received the catering order and got home to relax and eat, feed 100 people ALL before BK could prepare a simple order. The lack of inefficiency at this location is mind boggling. read more

Normally this store is great but today we waited 20 minutes for a very simple oder and did not get my burger and the churroos were extremely greasy. Sad. read more

The lobby is never open for dine in service. At the least, place a sign stating this. Been at this location several times and told their broilers are down or they ran out of burgers. Regional manager needs to evaluate this location read more

It's a hit or miss. I've been there during evening hours and the cashiers are super friendly and helpful. BUT TODAY was a different experience. The cashier took my coupon at the window and failed to explain that I was supposed to mention a coupon code when ordering. He did not apply the discount, proceeded to charge me full price and then kept my coupon. The manager then became argumentative when addressed. Really crappy experience. Makes me not want to return. He should put as much effort into training his employees as he did arguing with a loyal customer. I had to ask for my food in the middle of his argument. It was a real shame. read more

Terrible is an understatement. Slowest and laziest looking crew I've ever seen. No wonder there is now hiring signs everywhere. Good luck! Really is the worst service I've ever seen. Bread is hard as a rock. I ordered whopper jr and a double bacon cheeseburger and it took almost 40 minutes. read more

Burger King - Waiting forever - Burgers Near Me - Spring, Texas

See all

I have never been so disgusted by a fast food restaurant before in my life. I needed something quick on my lunch break and decided to come here, biggest mistake ever. I looked at my sandwich and as you can see the patty doesn't even look edible. Looks like they tried to grill an expired patty. The workers here obviously have no regard for food safety or customer care. I'll never eat here again, and advise everyone else not to eat here either. I'd give them negative stars if I could. read more

Burger King - Cheeseburger - Burgers Near Me - Spring, Texas

One of if not the worst location, the management here is terrible and you can tell by how the business is being ran. They're also almost always hiring which is a huge red flag. If they paid employees well and took the time to do proper training they wouldn't be so short staffed all the time. read more

Seriously if I could 0 star this I would, food was def old food sitting on the line. Customer service is garbage and very disrespectful. I don't see this place staying open too much longer maybe another year or so at best. read more

I really should give 0 stars. The manager and crew member actually got in a fight in the drive thru. Also, the manager proceeded to argue with my 17 year old son over our order. They gave us the incorrect amount of change and we waited 20 minutes for just a Dr. Pepper. The manager is obviously a toddler. I can't believe this place exists. Good luck staying open. read more

Waited 40 MINUTES on the drive through, they weren't accepting coupon for a reason, so I asked to take off of my order French fries, didn't give me a receipt and charged me for what I asked to take it off. Great business read more

Great crew. Two drive through lanes. Service slow during lunch because it's busy, but that's understandable. Overall pleased

Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of the hair on the burger I bought at this location I will never visit a burger King again. It's unfortunate that all the burger King locations have a average rating of a 2 or lower. read more

The worse Burger King I've ever been to. Slowest crew. Management needs to be replaced asap. Waited 50 min with only 3 cars in front of me.

After ordering and paying I waited 26 minutes at the window with a line of cars honking their horn behind me. I got 1 meal..... it wasn't even correct and the fries were ice cold. I understand the bar is low when going to a fast food restaurant but this was BADDD. read more

This is the slowest Burger King I've ever been to. I wouldn't complain if the food was warm but it was cold. We waited 20 minutes in the drive through after we ordered. Every time I come here you sit in line for at least 30-45 min if busy. Not sure why except for poor management. They are not professional when taking orders thru drive thru and once you are in line you can't get out of it due to curbing. If in a hurry don't stop here read more
