Looks like they picked up some lettuce that had dropped and put it on my sandwich. I'm not saying they did. The lettuce just looks like shit. This location isn't an old one. They should do better with cleaning the tables, floors, chairs after guests have left. Several guests were complaining while dining in. We had to ask for napkins to clean tables and were told they were out of napkins in the entire facility. That's a shame. Whoever manages or owns this location needs to get it together. read more

Came here tonight around 7:30? Ordered my food through the mobile app because I like to get rewards and points! also they usually have specials on there. The Hispanic lady with the accent was super sweet. My food took a few minutes but it was worth the wait because it was actually super fresh and hot!! Which I love when getting fast food vs it sitting there tasting cold. Will be back to this location because of service and also food quality! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Tried this location 3x's and they are terrible. Very first time the service was horrendously slow for no reason. Second time they got my ordering wrong. The third time one of my sandwiches had hair in it and the manager spoke 0 english. They did replace with a new one but after reporting it to the higher ups on the app, I didn't have physical proof cause the sandwich was already taken that they couldn't do something for me but they would supposedly talk to this location about what happened. I was here 1/20/23 I had to wait 5 minutes before someone could take my order. Then he rushed me through the ordering proce We went back and forth repeating the order until it was correct. Had to then wait 10 minutes behind another car to get to the window to pay, waiting another few minutes to revive the good. What happens next? You guessed it, 2 items I paid for are missing. Didn't even bother to go back! I worked at MCD as a teen, it's not rocket science! Yet they make it so hard. All the time I waisted at BK I could've went across the street to chick fil a, drove in and out their drive through 100x, placed a catering order for 100 people, received the catering order and got home to relax and eat, feed 100 people ALL before BK could prepare a simple order. It's a hit or miss. I've been there during evening hours and the cashiers are super friendly and helpful. BUT TODAY was a different experience. The cashier took my coupon at the window and failed to explain that I was supposed to mention a coupon code when ordering. He did not apply the discount, proceeded to charge me full price and then kept my coupon. The manager then became argumentative when addressed. Really crappy experience. Makes me not want to return. He should put as much effort into training his employees as he did arguing with a loyal customer. I had to ask for my food in the middle of his argument. It was a real shame. read more

One of if not the worst location, the management here is terrible and you can tell by how the business is being ran. They're also almost always hiring which is a huge red flag. If they paid employees well and took the time to do proper training they wouldn't be so short staffed all the time. read more
