And that's what Jeff did, he took his BBQ with him from back home, set up shop in Prague, and has been successful ever since with locals, and of course, expats. The chef, Jeff, actually is from Texas and used to be a chef at Prague Beer Museum, where he helped introduce classic American fare, such as corndogs, on their menu. Comforting interior, great selection of food (true to an American BBQ menu), AWESOME service, and the prices (albeit "expat prices") were good for what you got in return.
