Just went to this BK for the last time... We've lived in the area for 30+ years and I (being a BK fan and not MacDonalds) used to stop often, but in the past 5-7 years the food and service has gone way downhill. 9 times out of 10 the Milkshake machine isn't working (for 5 yrs. ???). The rude elderly lady snapped at me when I asked when it would be fixed and said something about service for it was outside the US. Even when there's no line at the drive thru and barely anyone inside, which is happening more often, you have to wait for your messed up order. I went at 8 this a.m. and place was empty. I purchased several Sausage, egg, cheese biscuits and bacon, egg, cheese croisant ... The biscuits were stale (partially hard, partially soft), sloppily thrown together and the sausage gave me diarrhea for the rest of the day. The team is unprofessional, unorganized and the elderly lady mentioned is obviously unhappy at her job which apparently makes her unfriendly towards customers (I can't be the only one who has experienced this. BK Corp. needs to send a scout out to see what the problem(s) are or this (good location) BK is going to flounder, if its not below average earnings already. read more

Slowest drive through in the world!!! Can barely make it back for my 30 minute lunch and I'm in walking distance.

It's a good thing I have an hour lunch! SLOWEST...DRIVE THRU...EVER!!! Each car in the drive thru gets waited on every 5 minutes. I have never had this kind of wait anywhere. McDonalds usually takes no more than 2 minutes from start to finish. In the time it's taken me to write this, edit twice, and fix typos, only 2 cars have gone up. I pulled in at 12:20pm...its now 12:35pm...only 2 cars have ordered. I even placed my order online . It's horrible. Don't come to this location if you do t have to. Go to a different one. This place is dreadful. It's no wonder several people have the same thought about this place and that a majority are 1 star reviews. Avoid this place. read more

Well look further cause it isn't here! If you are looking for a train wreck of a store, and wanting any joy sucked out of your day, you should eat here. I stopped in for a quick meal. Could not believe the condition on the floor behind the counter, food lying on the floor just being stepped over by the employee delivering food to the customer. I choose to eat in, so I could observe this condition the entire time while finishing my meal. Also ordered a meal and I had to go back to the counter since they forgot my fries. This location is now a 24 hour service used to be closed by midnight dining room still closes at 10 PM until 6 AM but if you need a hot meal and you're in the Robinson area or North Fayette, this is a place to come to to get it Thank you Burger King for becoming a 24 hour service availability. read more

NEVER AGAIN! ENTIRE MEAL WAS COLD ASF, VISITED @ 12:30A.M. On 2/27 SAT AT THE INTERCOM FOR 2mins before I was greeted, not even asked to hold for a moment. Nothing. Got a COLD ASS WHOPPER MEAL. Went back around to get a refund. AGAIN, 12:50AM NO GREETING, not to mention they aren't closed until 1am. The young lady in there didn't even have on her headset. They had music blasting loud playing biggie, like they at the club. I had to literally BANGGGGGG on the glass window in order to get someone's attention after driving around 3-4x to no prevail! During my drive-thru visit to this Burger King today, the line was only a few cars long, but it moved very slowly. After many minutes of waiting, I placed my order for hamburgers, fries, and drinks. The woman who handed my food to me had an outgoing and nice personality, but she was wearing her face mask only over her mouth and not her nose. The cost was several dollars per meal. The food tasted as expected. Overall, my experience was okay, and I do not regret visiting, but the restaurant has some room for improvement with the speed of service and the full wearing of face masks. read more

I took my kids inside for dinner so they could play on the jungle gym. Food was great, the girl working there subbed out a milk for a soft drink even though they're not supposed to. She was very friendly, service was quick, food was hot. The only downside was when I took my kids to the bathroom and they were disgusting. My friend and I went through the drive thru today just to be yelled at for not being able to read the drive thru attendant's mind. She was very mean and short with us for trying to place our order. We opted to leave the drive thru lane and go to KFC. Their attendant would explain what she needed from her customer without yelling at them. I'll never be back. read more

Where to start. I swear all Burger Kings are going downhill in the customer service area. After getting my feet back on the ground and settled at a nearby hotel I decided the next thing I needed was some quick food. I wasn't particular as to what to have, I just needed to eat something. I should have had a better approach to this than just that thought. This Burger King was actually really close to where I was staying for the night so I figured I would just come here quickly and be back in my room in no time. Instead of going through the drive thru I took my chances by going inside and placing my to go order. When I went in there was a young kid working the register and was attentive to me. I had ordered a Whopper meal with onion rings and a bottle of water. I had also decided to get a cheeseburger and chicken sandwich. I had asked that the Whopper and cheeseburger not have ketchup or tomato on them. Service was a bit slow, but I wasn't worried. I knew that I would have my food and I could eat and go to sleep. The one thing that we all should learn before we order to go food, check your order prior to leaving the premise. I knew I should have, but I did not. When I got back to my room and decided to start digging into my food shamelessly everything seemed fine. The cheeseburger was made the way I ordered it. I was like, alright, we got this. Then I bit into the chicken sandwich and thought I was biting into a dog's chew toy. This thing was either overcooked or left in a warmer far longer than it should have been. I had thought, well, it's nothing big, I got my Whopper still. When I opened that up, it was a disappointment. The Whopper was not made the way I had asked for it. Definitely not me having it my way. Both the ketchup and tomato were on the sandwich. I thought maybe the kid at the register put it in wrong, checked the receipt, nope that wasn't the problem as the receipt read correctly. So the kitchen either gave me someone else's Whopper or they had one sitting there made already and gave it to me without thinking. So the moral of the story: check your food before you leave or pay for something you are not going to eat. read more

I never leave bad reviews (literally 1 other time in my whole life), but this time I have to. This BK was FILTHY. And something is always broken every time we go there. This time it was the credit card machine. But whatever, we did happen to have cash. We chose to go there because the food is always fine and good. Plus they have a play area for our son. But that play area was FILTHY!! Someone came in and wiped off the tables, but the floor and seats were absolutely disgusting. I used a baby wipe on the seats to get the crumbs off, and the wipe was BLACK with crud when I picked it up. I went over them multiple times with wipes and they came up black every single time. So we laid down some napkins on the seats to sit down. We should have left at that point, but our kid was having fun playing. When we went to get his shoes out of the cubby, we noticed a cleaning checklist for the jungle gym... that had not been completed since March 16th; it was April 27th!! Had it really been almost a month and a half since they cleaned it?!! I took a baby wipe to a tiny section of it, and of course it came up black too!! And then, just like clockwork, our son developed a runny nose and fever the next day. We used hand sanitizer, but that can only go so far. There were no other kids (or customers) there the entire time and probably hadn't been many seeing as how it was a Thursday afternoon during school hours on an already slow day bc of the broken credit card machine. I very much regret not being more of a Karen and taking pics. We could see the workers just standing around chit chatting. Not a good look Burger King!!! read more

Hi. Sorry to do this but necessary. Ordered a large order in the drive through 10 days ago. It was all wrong & completely cold. Like cheese wasn't even melted & temp on food seemed too under to trust. Our house hold was ill. We couldn't cook. Anyway my hubby called and spoke to manager she was wonderful assured him we had a free meal coming - took his name. Just stipulated within 14 days. He went tonight same exact thing. He specifically explained what happened last time and asked for nothing more then what he paid for & he did request it be made to order fresh. Gee, is that too much to ask? It was all damn near frozen. He went back and he was told that if he wanted his cheese melted and everything cooked well done then he needed to specify that. Do we have to request that our be properly cooked to edible temps these days now? We are a sick household with a Covid positive grandson and this is so disappointing. Gretchen is sooo friendly (eye roll). Waited in line for 25 minutes, which is fine because I understand places are busy. When it was ordering time, Gretchen placed me on a hold for two or three mins before she return to the speaker. She decided as I ordered to correct me that the cheese sticks were not called that, and persisted to keep calling them the proper name. I've had enough at this point, after ordering I almost just left. I had better manners than that, she was a peach to see at the window squeezing my drink to hand me it. She then disappears and another women hands the food over and mumbles a bunch of god knows what I'm assuming she said the sauce was in the bag due to the fact all I heard was the word sauce. This Burger King is actually filled with adults that you can tell hate their lives based on the how they treat customers. This is the worst service ever. Waited 45 minutes in the drive through line to pick up a door dash order. Turns out they ran out of what the customer ordered. Got to the window for the girl to have the cash register open counting money not providing any service. Finally opened the window and had no idea who are what was ordered. When we first walked in, the line wasn't too long. We waited a few minutes to place our order; the lady at the cash register was bagging food items and forgot that we were standing there. Aside from that, she was quite friendly and helpful. When we got our food, my daughter pointed out that there was a visible hair on our fries. Because we had already waited an unreasonable amount of time to receive our meal and a long line had grown, I refrained from notifying an employee. The food quality was mediocre. The fries could have been warmer and more fresh. While we were eating, we could hear the workers behind the counter yelling at each other and overall being very unprofessional. There were several dirty tables in the dining room and I had to wipe off my table prior to eating. Overall, it was a pretty negative experience and I will not go back. read more

This place baffles me. Last night's meal was awful--but two weeks ago, everything was fresh and tasty. We noticed a young woman working as manager that day-a Sunday--everything was running smoothly and restaurant was clean and neat. Last night (Thursday, July 12th around 6:30)--there appeared to be a male that seemed to be "acting" like a manager. Black greasy hair pulled up in a ponytail, with glasses--this big guy was running his mouth yelling back to employees to "pay attention"--well, we stood there waiting for HIM to "pay attention" and realize he had two customers waiting over 5 minutes just to be acknowledged. He was too busy throwing his weight around to bother to at least turn around and let us know "he'd be with us in a few minutes". We ordered the Crispy chicken sandwich meals with onion rings. Last time we had this exact meal (with the lady manager overseeing everything)--it was fresh, tasty and HOT--as were our onion rings. This time--the chicken had clearly been laying around quite a while and either tossed back in the oil to reheat it or lord knows what. The crust was very dark and obviously over cooked. Don't get me wrong-I'm a weirdo who likes my stuff "well done" but this was "well done, five hours ago". The onion rings were floppy and lukewarm--even though this idiot was screaming for someone to "drop more onion rings". Obviously, we got the old ones that had been laying there a good while. Long story short: Fire Mr. Greasy Ponytail and KEEP Miss Blond & Efficient Manager (not being sexist-just only way to describe her). She ran a tight ship...Mr. Greasy Ponytail just had loose lips...which we all know-sink ships. That ship is going down with that dude in charge. If we go back and he's there--we are RUNNING out the door to McD's or anywhere else. He kept touching his greasy hair while grabbing everyone's food. BLECCH!!! Oh, and the girl who finally took our order couldn't even crack a smile or give us a "thank you"...but working under Mr. Greasy Ponytail, I'd be pretty miserable too. Just your average, typical Burger King. I would say the service is mediocre- nothing to rave about, but not necessarily rude. milkshakes are great, and the burgers and chicken nuggets are just as good. But on one negative, they forgot to ask my friend if she wanted whipped cream, but remembered to ask me. She was disappointed because she really enjoys their whipped cream, so in my opinion the stuff should be more knowledgable with the questions they are supposed to ask. But besides that abandoned whipped cream, it's a cheap and good place for good! read more

I would give this place zero stars if that were an option. So I was in this Burger King today my daughter wanted to eat there. I waited at the cash register for a good couple minutes before anyone acknowledged that we were there. When Liz the manger finally came to take our order she handed my daughter a dirty cup for her kids meal. I had asked her if we could have another cup. She gave me an attitude and said that kid meals come with that size of a cup. I said hey Liz that isn't the problem look inside the cup. There was brown stuff all inside the cup. So she looks at it and throws it on the floor and then threw another cup at me. While I was waiting for the food to come up there were children running around the play area without any clothes on. Most of if not all of the tables were filthy, the place looked like a train wreck. So I am standing at the counter at this point still waiting for the food to come up. Liz the manger now remember she is the manager of this place yells ORDER FOR ANTHONY WITHOUT A SIDE OF SHIT. And naturally when I confront her regarding her attitude she turns her back and won't say another word. I asked another employee to get me another manger if one was available to refund my money. Which did in fact happen I left our food on the counter and walked away. I would not recommend this place to a friend or family member actually I wouldn't even recommend this place to an enemy of mine. Place sucks. And LIZ the manger should be fired. read more

Follow up to a review i did a month ago. In that one i had walked in and placed an order that was never fulfilled even after waiting 20 minutes and trying with all my heart to get them to do they job. Not only did i not get my food but i didnt get my money back. I wasnt the only one. Seems to be as i stood their that they only screwed up seniors citizens food orders. One little lady had to go up there twice and litterly beg to get the order. She handed them the receipt s they can see she wasnt lying. They gave her a bag and she had to come back because it was incorrect. So i left because they know people have t go back to work and if they dont get their food they get bumrushed out.. And they dont give refunds because. So i got on the burger king site filled out a survey and it asked would i like to be contacted . I said yes and it said in 5 to 7 days. That was a month ago Burger king made the specific choice to ignore a paying customer who got ripped off by their store. A store thats has policy to ignore senior citizens because they are old and think they can abuse the elderly and take their money. Worst customer service crooked company and dishonest franschise. Cant comment on the food because they ignored me. And one other things. Why arnt the people touching the food up front wearing mask. I saw on cook and he had a mask as well as the cashier.
