This Burger King is at the plaza south of Detroit and Ann Arbor heading down into Ohio, just inside Ohio in the north burbs of Toledo. So it's a perfectly good Burger King if you're hungry in the middle of the night. Too many playful teenagers working here. It's cool to have fun at work but take care of your customers in the process. Make sure to let your employees know not to ask customers when they are "due" unless they absolutely know the person and what they're going through. Yes I'm sorry I carry my weight in my stomach I can't tell you how much I wish it didn't. Every time I come to this Burger King they mess my order up and I always have to call and complain. And it's not even like I got anything big I got 2 10 piece chicken nuggets and a whopper meal and they somehow always forget to put something in the bag. And most the time when I try to call and complain it goes straight to voicemail and The voicemail is not even set up to leave a message so there's really no way of getting a hold of them if I could give this a zero star rating I would. This is by far the worst fast food establishment I've ever attempted to eat at. Cannot believe is hasn't been shut down. The 4 times I've tried to eat there (it's the only fast food by us) either no one comes to the drive thru or counter or they are leave their lights on saying they are open and no one is there. Last year we stopped on December 15th an they had their Thanksgiving message about being closed on the drive thru still. The one time my husband finally went in and successfully ordered it took so long we had to leave (20 min). Haven't had food from here. Wouldn't trust it. read more

I have noticed that this establishment has many bad reviews about various issues customers have had with this location. However since recently moving to the area I have yet to be disappointed, assuming there was a change in management maybe. Every time I've been here my order is exactly what I requested, it's always warm, I've never had to wait a long amount of time for my food and the staff isn't rude. Given the other reviews I was pleasantly surprised with the service I have received. It's always hit and miss with fast food because the high turnaround rates, and the fact that the staff is usually teenagers so I'm not to critical about service when going to a fast food restaurant. ‍ read more

Every time I eat at this location the food always tastes old and off. Also my order is almost always wrong. This is the only fast food restaurant for miles around, no competition. Every time I go there is usually only one employee actually working while the others just sit and don't move a muscle. Absurd! Yesterday I went here to grab breakfast. No one in line can hear workers in the back talking and cussing to one another. I'm waiting still only one there no one in drive through. Decided to use kiosk maybe it'd speed things up. I was wrong waited another 3-4 mins. Ended up walking out. So total of 5-7 mins not one person showed up to the counter. Now today (I'm doing a job around the corner from here) stopped for lunch visit went as it should took my burger for the road. Open her up take a bite chewed for a second and it got me a damn long piece of hair in my burger. I don't eat fast food allot almost never. Yeah food isn't as healthy as we all wish but it's tasty. But service is the reason I don't go to fast food every time I go I quickly get reminded why I don't go. I'll never get food from this BK again. Very poorly run. Food cold or incorrect, bathrooms disgusting, get a bag of chips at the attached gas station and keep driving.

This place sucks, well standing in line for 10 minutes waiting to have my order taken, needed to use the restroom, now keep in mind this is a truck stop gas station sub shop and Burger King, they have one toilet in the men's room and that is the only men's room in the whole place, after waiting another 10 minutes to use the toilet, Returning to stand in line at Burger King they couldn't make me some chicken nuggets and some tacos because it only was 10:15 am , all other Burger Kings cook them up fresh at pretty much anytime, and more than happy to do it, the girl was rude and acted like she didn't care and said we're not every other Burger King.
