Wow I was impressed and this is the Chick-fil-A treatment that I excepted. By the way the gentleman name is Dennis and he also agreed that he was the best ever. We need more of this so make the call and take the name note to self. This is why I'm going from a 1 start to 4. Update: Today I called and I wish I had taken the name of the manager that answered me. She was very apologetic and told me that she was going to check in this matter and that the gentleman is the sweetest person ever. I'm going to call back and get his name because as kind and nice as she was to me I want to be to him. I hope that the manager at that time can learn from this experience and treat customers better. If I could give this place a zero I would! The the only person that deserves it, is the older man working cleaning around being so kind and trying to make me not feel upset for being ignored. I arrived 5 minutes before they started lunch and placed my order in the app. The first thing that I asked the worked that is outside checking you in or taking orders was am I ok or do I need to cancel and order lunch and she said you are fine, the order went through and do you need to add anything else and i said no thanks. The line was long and they are super super slow. We have been in line for 10 minutes and only two cars have moved when my app notification says pull around your order is ready. We were confused as we have like 7 cars in front of us not even moving. We were traveling so we don't know how this place works. You need training from our people here at a chick fil A . We go around and I go inside and asked for my order to an employee and explain I came from the drive thru, he goes and ask and comes back with nada nothing. I tell him that I got a notification, one of their manager I imagine in gray comes and asks me and tells me that I ordered during breakfast and the app cancels and leaves me there without even offering to help or an option. I called her back as I have a notification and she says did you order with the worker up front and after I said yes she said I don't think so. At this point I'm frustrated it's our second day driving back home after a great vacation and drive and this lady just ruined my day. I want to give a shout out to the decent older man that works there and try so hard to make things better by saying maybe there is going to be an accident and this is why you are being late (bless his heart) he was so sweet. I go to the car to get my phone and show to the manager or whoever gray tshirt was and when I come back she has my order and not even an apology. I will bookmark this one to never stop here again and now I know why your reviews are so bad! We wasted 30 minutes in this stop and a stupid argument not needed. Worst Chick-fil-A ever. The store was cleaned also thanks to that gentleman.

Genuinely we had such a fantastic meal. The ranch and pimento cheese were outstanding. Our waitress, Brittany (sp?), was seriously the greatest waitress we have ever had! The marketplace had such great gifts and goodies. We had a great time shopping here. The cutest farmhouse ambience. We also got a few little chocolates from the case, which were fantastic. While the location didn't have changing stations in the bathroom, they did have high chairs for children (which could use some cleaning - as well as the floors). I'm unsure if it was a lack of staffing, poor management or both, but this location could use a review. Customers should not have to wait that long to order food, while employees are chatting on the floor of the restaurant. After we received our food (which we had to switch to ToGo at that point), we had to stand back in line just to ask for ketchup packets. Not wanting to wait for my food to get cold just for ketchup, I decided to just open my sandwich and use the ketchup dispenser by the soda machine. As I turned to leave, I almost slipped and fell while holding my seven month baby - as the "wet floor" sign had been pushed out of the way, no longer proactively warning customers of the potential fall risk. The likelihood of us passing through this town again and stopping is rather low, but I do hope the owner will take the time to reevaluate its location and employees. Cleanliness was among the worst I've seen in a very long time - especially since all three employees were standing around. Food all over the floor. A marker to beware of the wet floor which had a puddle of yellow liquid at the entrance. No effort at all to swab it up. Dirty tables. Dirty windows - can barely even see outside at night. Urinal with a half gallon of yellow water unable to flush properly. Enough grease on the floor to feel like a slip and slide. Employee parked illegally. Otherwise the food was as epic as 1996.
