Sometimes they are open, often they are not. Old facility, overworked and low morale staff, it's my neighborhood BK and I like to use the coupons I get in the mail. It's best when the Spanish speaking staff is the crew, I'm not sure why. Be careful in the parking lot, be aware of your surroundings and don't trust anyone walking up to or near your vehicle. Don't get out of your vehicle, and leave enough space so you don't get hemmed in, you always want an escape path. I wouldn't order anything you wouldn't be able to microwave back to life. read more

Hej, I am a young adult and I was craving a snack while driving around. I decided to dine in for lunch and order a Bacon Whopper, the receptionist was very rude and she tested my patience. She called me an idiot for ordering a bacon whopper at Burger King, which I was confused. Until I got the burger. After waiting for 30 minutes on the uncomfortable seats, she gave the food to me and then I made combined all the soda because it always tastes good like the Icees. When I took the first bite my mouth soured up. I just drank my mix and it went away. Some pieces of bacon were raw and some were overcooked and extremely hard, so I remove the bacon. After I forcefully ate it. I had to go use the restroom. As I arrived to the restroom, I noticed the stalls were written on from the inside. There were inappropriate drawings such as private body parts. I sat down to take a number 2 and I had diarrhea because the food. My stomach hurt after. The toilets were also incredibly dirty and dusty. After I left the bathroom there was no soap, so I had to use hand sanitizer and water.. Giving a 1 star is being nice so I do reviews all the even if I have a bad experience the first time I go a month later to see if there's a different. Last time they hired a new manager to change things around and he actually used to work with me when I managed a Burger King well anyways he wasn't there I asked for 2 large strawberry shake and a jr whopper no tomato no ketchup cuz I have stomach problems. Well they told me they didn't have strawberry shakes and tried to give me these red cherry Freezy things and said they were the shakes the only shakes they had were Oreo shakes I said well can you make me a vanilla shake since you have Oreo shakes I said no they don't have them then it took them 15 minutes to make two Oreo shakes and left my Junior whopper in the window with the sun on it. Then when I get my junior whopper mind you I asked for mayo and mustard on it I got it and I went to go take my bite the bread was so old and dry that the bread fell apart they tried telling me that the bread was fine and it was fresh I never knew bread to be hard and fall apart if it was fresh. And will wouldn't make me another one so therefore I will never ever go to another Burger King again. I used to love working for Burger King and I love their food but I don't know what the hell happens they need help and Napa these kids that won $10 an hour for not doing anything. Terrible service! Didn't have a chance to get food after the "manager" made rude suggestions that I somehow was playing games with his drivethru line because I was finishing a call prior to pulling up to his speaker. Very insulting as he made his comment including cursing during the process. I advised him I would bring it to the attention of the store owner and his reply implied that didn't matter a bit. Please tear this place down. Decided to give this place another shot since Mcdonalds (across the street) drive thru was packed, I was wrong. No one was there and so I pulled up to drive thru and waited 1 minutes with no response and me asking "are you open", so I pulled to the window to see employee and possibly the manager talking and laughing. I kindly asked if they were opened (7:11am) and they both walked out of sight and then a few second later came to the drive thru window and say "We're not serving you!". So I asked for manager or corporation number, but was ignored and so I left. Continued to serve and display foul professionalism. I'm glad it goes to show why there wasn't any customers! read more
