Hands down, the most friendliest Burger King location of all time!! And that's what keeps me coming back!! The staff is always happy, polite, and very patient which comes in handy when I'm toting around my toddler. My orders always come out correct and the employees aren't stingy when it comes to requests [aside from the napkins]. Simply asking nicely will go a long way. The flame broiled patties win me over each and every time and the crispy yet fluffy fries just round out my entire meal. 5/5 stars. This BK establishment has really ramped up its image (especially the interior) very much. Have not been inside often as I prefer drive through (convenient and fast). Sections of the parking lot have been converted for EV vehicles as charging stations are on those parking spots. I had a coupon that I wanted to use not knowing that it had already expired. Mr Franciscan (maybe floor manager) who was mending the cashier's duty was so kind to exchange my expired coupon with a good one he has. I had the whopper meal with a large fries and drink. The burger itself has not change. Consistency is the key. Will be going inside more often whenever I'm having BK burgers and enjoy the clean, new, and refreshing environment. Went to pick-up an order for uber eats . I then showed the so called manager ". Israel " the oder from Uber eats . He must not understand how any of the app works continuously saying he needs to see the app as I am showing it to him . He then becomes increasingly disrespectful saying repeatedly he needs to see the app order as I am showing the app order, made no sense what so ever. This Burger King gets an extra star due to its convenient location right off 680/Landess. Although I have not had any issues at this location, it definitely shows its age. The parking lot is dark and I often see trash. The drive through line is in the back but be careful turning in as that is also at the Dempsey Rad curve with cars flying around that corner. Food wise, I haven't had any issues. The drive-thru line can take a long time if there are several cars in line. Efficiency can be improved on that front. read more

Not happy with the service. I walked in to order for dine in, no employee said "Hi" or "we'll be right with you". All staff was focused only on drive-thru. I waited 5 real-time minutes and then a female worker took my order. I ordered an Impossible Whopper Sandwich only and 4 pc mozzarella sticks, total came out to $11 and some change. Here's where these guys are doing something really wrong. They have two cash registers at the front to take orders and both have a plexiglass to create a barrier between customer and worker(totally get it). One of those plexiglass has a note, which is a paragraph talking about they don't have lettuce. Their workers were taking orders on the other cash register and did for me too, there is no sign there and they didn't even ask verbally as a courtesy to make sure if I still want to place the order. Their sandwich is $8.49 or something, not cheap but their service? Poor. When I was eating my sandwich I realized there's no lettuce, I went up to the register and the lady who took my order said "well we have a sign somewhere here that says we don't have lettuce". She couldn't even find where the sign was. No refund and I am left with a sandwich I don't like but forced to eat. Stop stealing people's money!! It won't hurt to ask a customer if they still want to place an order with no lettuce. Seems like there is no manager, employees are doing whatever they feel like. Waited 20+ minutes for our order of whopper, fries, drink and nuggets. Other orders after me get their food while we wait. When ask about our order, it's because it's a big order. There is an old women worker named Jessica who charges people different prices for different sauces. Last week she charged me .50 cents for one ranch dressing. Today she charged me .25 cents each when she was supposed to give me a free one for my one meal (as she has told me before). They didnt give me my kids meal I ordered and only just the burger. Also these employees need to tell people prior to swiping their card if they want to be charged for any sauces because a lot of people don't have change lying around in 2019. If they really are charging people for their inventory of sauces, it needs to be documented through the transaction so people can have proof of purchase for the .25 to .50 cents they're being charged on their receipts because this handing money over and not getting a receipt is suspicious money handling. I love going to this Burger King fast food. They have been satisfying me every time I come to their place. Parking lot is pretty big so there are plenty of parking space, the place looks very clean and the atmosphere is enjoyable to dine in and eat. Their customer service is amazing, I have not yet met any employee who is rude to me at this place. Overall, I'm very satisfied to be a customer here. Burger King is the only place where I see coupons are distributed frequently through mail, and mobile.
