I am strongly unsatisfied with this meal. The burger was not fucking cook in a with no sprite in the drinks carbonated that's all no drink I am tired of this place. Horrible, dreadful, & terrible are three words that perfectly describes this place. 1. I had to wait in line for 20 minutes (NO EXAGGERATION) for a sausage croissant and french toast sticks. 2. They didn't give me any syrup or any another condiment. 3. I was forced to park and go in to the building because my order was incorrect. 4. Once I walked into the location, I asked for the correct order. Instead I got sarcasm and laughter. 5. AGAIN, I didn't get any condiments 6. After asking for condiments, the ghetto lady behind counter says. " Ma'am, we aint got no mo in the packs. So let me po you some in a bowl." 7. Then (with an attitude) she literally poured 2 drops of syrup in the huge black bowl (See pics to prove it) and handed the huge bowl to me. 8. I left extremely frustrated but to my surprise the croissant was at least 2 days old (Pics to prove it) There is soo much more that happened. You get the point. Terrible. The frying oil hasn't been changed in forever, as evidenced by the gray cold hash rounds. The coffee has tons of grounds floating in it. Croissant is soggy and almost inedible. The place looks like it just opened, but it's being run like no one cares. Edit: I went to the front to tell them about the oil, and they claim it's changed out every shift. Not a chance they do that, as emptying the whole fryer takes way more time. I was then told to go next door and get coffee at the convenience store. read more

I had a really awful experience at this Burger King on 07/26/2017. I ordered a small Fry only. The same person that was taking money was also making the fries up. I would give this zero if I could. I bought a chicken sandwich that looked as dark as a burger, but harder and cold served with brown lettuce. They got my order wrong and when I told them, the girl in the drive thru loudly blamed it on another girl. The onion rings were very old, cold and oily. Please don't precook the onion rings and leave them sitting out for hours. Burger King don't even try anymore. Never going back. read more

This afternoon I went to the drive through to get a 2 jr whopper meal for 5 dollars with my coupon that you all give out. They got my order wrong then failed to give me a receipt . So when I did come inside if the store to say that my order was wrong. The woman that gave me my food had a nasty attitude and told me are you gonna give it back. So I gave it to her and she slammed it on the heating pan.(a heavy set woman with locks and has brown tips with blue lipstick) so when the manager came to ask about what's wrong . He basically ignored the coupon and said I ordered a whopper without paying attention that I gave them the coupon. And when they redid my order the burgers were cold and didn't even give me fries or the extra drink that was on the coupon. This was the third time they've messed up my order the other two ignored but this is becoming A bad problem. Other people are complaining about that location as well. This particular location on Shelby Dr. is horrible ordered one thing on the menu and got something else. Called back to let them know and both managers were rude and employees as well. Do not patronize this location it is obvious that the menu board on the outside says something different from the register and they did not want to correct... read more

Used drive through on Sunday at 9 am and I was the only car in line. I ordered breakfast sandwich combo with coffee. I was asked by clerk to first pull up and later to actually park while they got my order. After waiting 14 mins, all items were ice cold including coffee! Coffee was also old and stale. I saw this scene being repeated with the customers that followed me. This place was unprepared for customers and were a bother by coming in. What? read more
