I know it's fast food and they usually have their share of problems but the drive thru is ridiculous. I placed a mobile order, drove over, had one car in the drive thru in front of me. Now normally they come on the intercom right away and you hope you know what you want. I literally had enough time to review the menu (which wasn't necessary as I already ordered online) the drive thru employee finally came on and was so loud it scared the he'll out of me. I told them I had a mobile order and was told to pull forward. I got to the window and sat there at least 10 minutes, no one even said a word to me until my order was finally shoved through the window. Got it home (at least it was fresh) but not how I ordered. Wasn't expecting a lot from a fast food place but considering my order was mobile and no one is inside why does it take so long to get my order out? Will I come here again? Probably not. read more

Currently awaiting support ticket to refund money wasted as I did not get my food. Wow. Just wow. My husband and I walked in and we were greeted by the ooooh so lovely Anna. When I ordered my whopper without a bun she sighed heavily and very rudely said "I don't know how you can do that whole low carb thing. Its just weird" so I already felt awkward but she continued the conversation with the customers behind us. The whole time the order was being prepared she kept referring to our order as the "weird low carb order". Once we got our order I'm surprised when I opened the box there is just chunks of lettuce. When I brought it back up I asked why just the chunks of lettuce , Anna replied with " cause you ordered it without a bun" and turned and walked off like she was actually busy. Ordered and PAID for a Whopper w Bacon melt, got home and it was a double cheeseburger in the bag. Their phone number is disconnected. And then I remembered the last time I drove through there maybe 6 months ago they also got the order wrong. I drove all the way back and they argued against giving me a refund, only wanted to give me an exchange, but I insisted and finally got a refund. Not sure what's going on with this place. I guess because it's the only BK in town, they don't feel like good customer service is required? No oversight by corporate at all? We've hit this place up 3 or 4 times over the past year. They've told us the dining room was closed and wouldn't take our order well after the covid crisis. Avoid this Burger King at all costs. The service is extremely slow. It took almost 50 minutes to go through the drive thru and it wasn't even that busy. There is only one emplopyee per station. The drive thru person is also taking orders from the counter. Not an efficient set up and the management is even worst for such horrible scheduling of their crew. read more
