They had no tops for the milkshakes they had no receipts and it just so happens my order came to exactly $20. I'm pretty sure I got ripped off but I was in a hurry and the people inside were very rude at the window. It was a Hispanic lady and very rude and hard to understand what she was saying. I will never go back to this Burger King. It was horrible. read more

I know it's fast food and they usually have their share of problems but the drive thru is ridiculous. I placed a mobile order, drove over, had one car in the drive thru in front of me. Now normally they come on the intercom right away and you hope you know what you want. I literally had enough time to review the menu (which wasn't necessary as I already ordered online) the drive thru employee finally came on and was so loud it scared the he'll out of me. I told them I had a mobile order and was told to pull forward. I got to the window and sat there at least 10 minutes, no one even said a word to me until my order was finally shoved through the window. Got it home (at least it was fresh) but not how I ordered. Wasn't expecting a lot from a fast food place but considering my order was mobile and no one is inside why does it take so long to get my order out? Will I come here again? Probably not. read more

Placed an order in the Mobile App and drove to get my food at this location. Entire Resturant is closed. Placed order and arrived at 10:38 AM. Currently awaiting support ticket to refund money wasted as I did not get my food. There was no posting anywhere at this location that it would be closed and no indication online about Resturant being closed. Eat at your own risk ! read more

Wow. Just wow. My husband and I walked in and we were greeted by the ooooh so lovely Anna. When I ordered my whopper without a bun she sighed heavily and very rudely said "I don't know how you can do that whole low carb thing. Its just weird" so I already felt awkward but she continued the conversation with the customers behind us. The whole time the order was being prepared she kept referring to our order as the "weird low carb order". Once we got our order I'm surprised when I opened the box there is just chunks of lettuce. When I brought it back up I asked why just the chunks of lettuce , Anna replied with " cause you ordered it without a bun" and turned and walked off like she was actually busy. We were the only people in there and no drive thru customers. Worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. Avoid this place. read more

Ordered and PAID for a Whopper w Bacon melt, got home and it was a double cheeseburger in the bag. Their phone number is disconnected. And then I remembered the last time I drove through there maybe 6 months ago they also got the order wrong. I drove all the way back and they argued against giving me a refund, only wanted to give me an exchange, but I insisted and finally got a refund. It's late and I didn't drive all the way back to get what I paid for, maybe tomorrow, though I see they forgot to provide a reciept too. read more

If you want food poisoning or possibly meth spilled in your food try this place. They were out of everything. But failed to tell us before we ordered our drinks and food. The registers and counters were dirty. There was crap all over the bathrooms. Like real crap. The tables were dirty. There was duct tape holding one of the screens together. Food was luke warm. Lights were going on and off in the dinning room. What a waste of time and money. DO NOT EAT HERE EVER. read more

These drive thru girls made me go through the drive thru TWICE because they couldn't do add on's at the window. Instead of adding it another burger and making me wait in the parking lot. The 2nd time I came around I had ordered 1 burger 2 small fries and girl forgot 1 fry!! UGH!!! This is why I never come to this shitty ass Burger King! They all suck!!! read more

The manager threw our money back at us because she was mad that we were questioning them about the coupon policy via the mobile app. Mind you we already gave the redeeming code when we ordered. We didn't have a problem pulling it up but why do you want us to expose our phone when its covid an the transaction should be contactless? She got mad because we were going back an forth then she threw our money back at us an closed the window. So we decided to sit their an hold the line up. She proceeded to call the cops because we refused to leave without a proper explanation of refusal of service. It seems like they have a problem whenever someone wants to use any coupon from the burger king app. read more

The customer service here is terrible and the young lady was in the drive thru that provided my food seem like she had a very bad attitude. I have visited this location three times with my last encounter been the last. All three times the cashiers had a attitude, they dont provide receipt unless you ask which suppose to be mandatory to give customers. Corporate needs to come and get a whole new staff or have a individual from corporate come to be a customer and see for themselves the bad service they provide. read more

Stopped at the Manteca Burger King both of the spicy chicken sandwiches I ordered were burnt to the point of crunching when I bit into and tasted of old fryer grease. Disgusting will not return this location! Window server was rude as hell when I asked about the burger my wife had ordered (was wrong the last she ordered it). The response was "everything is in the bag". Drive thru took iver 40 min wait. Tried to call the store, but phone number has been disconnected! read more

Burger King in Manteca is awful. Today we pulled up in the drive thru and were told they're unable to take any orders right now because their system is down. It's 5:50 PM. Are you kidding me? There's always something wrong at this location. read more

Disappointed with the policy, my wife and I ordered ahead through the mobile app and since i picked her up from the office, we went through the drivethru and have a separate mobile order, the manager said that per policy we can only go on one order at a time, so we have to go back in line for the 2nd mobile order. How inconvenient. Burger king sucks. No star if possible. read more

Not sure what's going on with this place. I guess because it's the only BK in town, they don't feel like good customer service is required? No oversight by corporate at all? We've hit this place up 3 or 4 times over the past year. They've told us the dining room was closed and wouldn't take our order well after the covid crisis. They've messed up our order most times we've been there. Staff is generally rude. Dirty and run down. It's just a really bad BK and doesn't represent the brand well. read more

Can i give a 0 star i would 20 min in a line no food waste of time and gas horrible business practices. Staff up and please tour customers

If i can give this location a negative 0 i would. I was given so much disrespect by a manager in my life. I went o the BK to use my free whopper couspin i wated almost 10 min for some to attend us at the drive through intercom then to be told they cant honor my code because she doesn't know how. I understand the complexity of not knowing how to do something but this manager NORMA was rude (she was the one with blond hair) she refused to write her name down and told me i can leave. I will take this as far as i can this is ridiculous. Norma learn the proper way to work in customer service and to be a good manager. Cause your skills suck read more

Avoid this Burger King at all costs. The service is extremely slow. It took almost 50 minutes to go through the drive thru and it wasn't even that busy. There is only one emplopyee per station. The drive thru person is also taking orders from the counter. Not an efficient set up and the management is even worst for such horrible scheduling of their crew. read more

I am giving Burger King it two star rating because they are really slow also two days ago I came to this Burger King and I got my food and I looked at my food and it was black little bits on the french fries like it had been fried in old oil and it didn't smell that great either I don't recommend this Burger King location read more

Rating is -10! I ordered 1 whopper and 1 impossible whopper. Could not distinguish one from the other. Except that the Impossible whopper had a burned meat patty and was unfit to eat. Maybe that was the impossible part. I contacted corporate about my experience and they passed my concern on to the franchise owner. His response to me was "sorry about the inconvenience". No apology or offer of another burger, he just doesn't care about the quality of food sold. I will not patronize his business again. Rating is -10! read more

Very poor. First trip on 10/20/22 around 5:30. Two small hamburgers , certainly not whoppers!! Way overpriced. A big rip off. Returned to find out what burgers they put in the bag, and gave up and bought an actual Whopper this time, not child sized. The hamburger was in a cold bun, and the cheese didn't even melt. Not worth the price. The staff did not seem to know their own products. Will not return!! read more

My whole family decided to go to Burger King in Manteca to get our free burger from T-mobile which the promo is good till Sunday, the cashier was kind of sarcastic and rude. She even went to her other co-worker just to talk to her about it and they started to laugh & laugh. I think this is the main reason why burger king in Manteca has a poor rating, it's not because of food but because of the RUDE employees. You have to let them attend a seminar pertaining to customer service satisfaction if you want this branch to survive. I promised my husband to never again dine in this branch at all. read more
